The villa is super spacious, can easily sleep 10-12 people and has enough areas for personal and group time. The pool is a big plus for hot days that even going to the beach with 39 degrees seems a struggle. BBQ also there. Samsung A/Cs in all rooms, and big beds with en suite bathrooms make co living easy. The location is strategic with many small beaches around and bigger organized ones too, many nice restaurants and the crossing point to Spetses is 3mins drive. The owners are very polite, responsive, and helpful. Will certainly visit again!

If the mattresses in the double beds on the upper floor were a bit softer, it would be all perfect, but this point is rather personal preference anyway.

Lovely comfortable villa, lots of space and great pool. Close to small, quiet beaches in pretty coves. Great access to Spetses by ferry or sea taxi from Kosta. Theo and Aris were exceptionally helpful.

Not enough sun loungers for the size of the villa. Definitely need a car. But all in all a superb stay.

Everything was perfect, the house is well equipped and the service was excellent. The owner promply accommodated all our requests and gave us a lot of useful tips. He was always available for us.

If I really have to mention something, the mattresses were a little hard, but everyone slept good anyway. In two bathrooms there were hand-held showers in the bathtub.

The house was at a great location near Costa , so you could easily go to Spetses for the night. Also it was spacious and had 2 living rooms which was very nice as we were a party of 2 families with total 4 kids. It also had a big pool with good temperature were we stayed all afternoon after the beach.

The house was not as clean as expected. The kitchen dishes, forks,glasses, coffee machine,toaster and in general the whole Kitchen was not clean and did not give you the feeling that you could use without washing everything. (For example the toaster had breadcrumbs from previous use and the coffee machine had coffee stains and dust all over). The rest of the house was ok , if you do not count that all the shower heads in all bathrooms And sinks were blocked fm water salts (which we had to clean in order to bathe as the water would go in different directions and you could not shower or wash your hands). Also, All of our bathing suits got stains which might be fm the pool (as this was the only difference fm Our previous vacations) but i can not say for sure that this was the actual reason. Last, the mattresses of the bedrooms were not good at all. All were very hard and ours had a slope in the middle so we would end up bumping into eachother at night, while in the other room the slope was the opposite so you would hang out a little. They should definitely change mattresses and pillows in the master bedrooms ( the pillows were like rocks). In general, for the amount of money that you pay you expect above to be perfect or in better condition at least.
