The view is absolutely stunning! The apartment was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed and more. The host was super duper helpful and courteous. It was the most relaxing holiday I've had for a long time. I'll be back! P.S. A note to a future holiday maker. If you drive a car take the road with a mirror at the t-junction (paralel left to the street the apartment is located). It is much safer and easier to take this route.

Bad road to get there

The view is great! The apartment is located in a villa zone near Nea Potidea, around 5km from it, so around the house are only other houses, no restaurants and shops which makes the area pretty quiet. The apartment is fully equipped, super clean and comfy. The host was amazing with recommendations and replies super fast about any info you may need. Great value for money!

We had neighbours in the next apartment who were not very nice and made complaints that we played music quiet in 11 am in the morning which was strange, but actually has nothing to do with the location. Just have in mind that you can hear everything from the other apartments in the house.

We had a great stay at Thea Potidea suites. Everything regarding the house is lovely. The beach nearby is really nice and we found the whole area just perfect for the offseason visit. Our host was willing to help and gave us great recommendations. You should update the main photos, as the improvement on the terrace deserves bigger attention.

If you are a big person, be aware that the double bed is around 150cm wide, which we found a bit small.

It was very clean whe we arrived. Additionally we had a frequent cleaning and towel changes by a very friendly and kind staff. Each bedroom has an own bathroom with modern equipment - very pleasant and comfortably. All windows have an insectscreen. The beach is nearby. The pool is heated with a pleasant temperature.

You have to be aware that the kitchen and the living-room is the same and it is very small for four people. There is a dining table only on the terrace. That's no problem in summer, but in spring we had some cold days where we wished to have a dining-place inside.

Absolutely gorgeous. The view, the jacuzzi, the comfort… absolutely everything about this place is perfect. If you come to Halkidiki and don’t stay here, you’re missing out. Highly, highly recommended.

There is NOTHING not to like about this place.

It’s a wonderful place. On top of the hill overlooking all the area. From the first floor apartments you have a fantastic view, even from the whirlpool. Some other guests made comments about the parking. As it is a Villa with four apartments it’s natural that not all four can park right in front of it. But there is lots of space for your car just 50 m away. And yes - you need a car to go to town for supermarkets or restaurants. But I definitely prefer some extra driving for the advantage of living in a remote area, hearing nothing but the sounds of the waves all day and night. The apartment is furnished very tasteful. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. I can’t think of anything missing

The beach nearby is not nice, you need your own sun-bed and umbrella; The location is kind of complicated and far away from the village. You cannot leave without a car and go to the village on foot. Inconvenient for parking your car close to the property. The neighbours were complaining constantly about it; People, who stay at the first floor, second studio had to pass through our yard every time they want to go out or come in. There is no real privacy; There is no mattress in the baby’s crib, which is very inconvenient. It’s like buying a bed for the adults without a mattress. We had to put some blankets and create a mattress for the baby. The hot water is scarce and all of us had to shower really fast after the beach so we do not run out of hot water. The electricity gets overloaded when all the people in the studios turn on the fans and someone has to walk constantly to the street and turn on the fuses. Not stroller friendly.

The property is very clean, designed with style, aproppriate for families. The view and the location is amazing. The host is very helpful and nice. Great experience.

The parking

The sea view from the terrace was UNIQUE! The property was very clean. On a 5min walking you have perfect beach with crystal clear water.

The oven doesn't working. You must have a car to be able reach the property and to go shopping/eating.

11 out of 10! Property is excellent in all aspects. Location and view - magnificent, cleanness and comfort - you cannot ask for more! Everything is well thought off - coffee Illy!, comfortable pillows and beds, nice veranda, and private green area in front. The host is super nice and would assist you always (make sure you add him on Viber)! This is the best property we have been to in Greece (we have more than 15 stays in similar price range properties)

The property is really lovely and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. The garden area is shared if you have a ground floor property but that wasn’t a problem for us. The pool was big enough for the 3 of us to relax in comfortably. The views over the sea and the sunsets were gorgeous. Perfect place to relax and unwind but it is around a 40 minute walk into town where you can find shops and restaurants and taxis are expensive so you need to either hire a car or stock up before arrival.

The view and jacuzzi was a great bonus. The apartment was brillant. Very clean and everything you needed.
