The conditions are good, the room is quite large and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket nearby. There are basic conditions for cooking and eating.
They tried to defraud the booking system: when we arrived, they asked us to cancel the booking and split the extra money between them and us. We refused, of course, but it is saddening to see that they do such things.
The room was very kitsch (but fully functional). Location is not the best, if you don't have a car.
