La location a tout ce dont on peu avoir besoin et même plus. Tout est facile d'accès dans les environs. Nous avons bien profité de l'endroit. Vraiment de belles vacances!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, la villa est super agréable et fonctionnelle, on se sent comme chez nous. Elle correspond totalement aux descriptifs et aux photos. La villa est impeccable et l'accueil de Cécile est top, que ce soit pour l'arrivée, la disponibilité et les conseils. Une adresse à garder.

Super maison, piscine intérieure chauffée impeccable, tout confort, la maison est hyper agréable et Cécile et son mari Richard se mettent en quatre pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande vivement et même pour des vacances en février, la maison étant à cinq minutes à pied des plages et des sentiers côtiers, on peut y faire de grandes balades, et découvrir la région très facilement ! Un vrai régal!

Maison moderne, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, clair, spacieuse...très agréable à vivre ! Avons apprécié la piscine ...et même la terrasse pour un bain de soleil automnal ! Balades à pied depuis la maison le long des plages sur le sable, ou en contrehaut sur le chemin côtier, vue magnifique. Marchés( Guidel, Ploemeur) menhirs, musées à Port Louis, Pont Aven, fruits de mer et crêpes, etc ! Tout était parfait !

Très chaleureux accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les informations sur la région afin de passer un bon séjour. La villa Helena est très agréable parfaitement agencée et bien équipée. La piscine interieure est très appréciable à toute heure de la journée. Le temps chaud et ensoleillé, nous a permis de profiter des plages toutes proches. Sejour parfait !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille avec nos 3 enfants adultes dans la villa Hélèna. L'accueil a été excellent, Cecile nous a expliqué en détail le fonctionnement de la maison, et nous a laissé quelques spécialités locales dont nous avons bien profité ! La villa est très bien équipée, la piscine couverte s'est avérée très utile car la météo n'était pas au top. Quant au baby-foot, il a eu beaucoup de succès, enfants comme parents ! Il y a une atmosphère pleine de chaleur dans cette maison. Beaucoup de ballades possibles à pied autour de la maison, et une région magnifique à explorer. Bref, que du bonheur !

La maison est située dans un quartier très calme. Elle est à 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Moderne et très confortable, elle possède tout le confort. La piscine intérieure est très agréable car elle donne sur le jardin. Les équipements sont parfaits, et rien ne manque: console de jeux, lecteur de DVD, chaîne HIFI, grande télévision, babyfoot, bain à bulle... Idéal pour une famille qui cherche repos et détente. De plus, la région est magnifique. La propriétaire est très accueillante et vous facilite la vie. En un mot: le séjour idéal. A recommander sans réserve.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Hélèna. We went as a family of five adults and two children (ages five and two): and there was not one thing that we could have needed or wanted that was not already there. The house is very spacious, welcoming and thoughtfully furnished. The pool is of course a great bonus (and much larger than we expected). It has the advantage of being usable in any weather, with doors opening to the outside, and it can be safely locked. The location is excellent, with three beaches within a short distance. Villa Hélèna is set up for children, with toys, games and books, and a charming playhouse in the garden (‘my house’, according to our small granddaughter). The garden is beautiful. The owner, Cécile, is just lovely. She was always exceptionally friendly and helpful, and added much to the pleasure of our stay. There is a delightful signpost in the garden, pointing to some places of interest, but showing that ‘Bonheur’ can be found right here. Indeed, it was for us.

Villa Helena is a superb holiday home. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with the most comfortable sofa and beds. It is fully equipped with everything you need plus so many extras such as an indoor pool, lovely spacious garden with plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing, a games area where we had great fun playing a family table football tournament and good quality appliances including a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and 3 ring induction hob. The house also has TVs, a DVD player, Xbox 360 and wifi. There are bicycles for guest use and a bike trailer for younger ones. The open plan living area is airy and spacious. We only used two of the four bedrooms: the master bedroom was a lovely bright, airy room with a spa bath and our children enjoyed sleeping in the London themed room in the ‘London bus’ bunk beds. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area just an easy, short walk to the beaches and the shops of Le Pouldu. It is more of a beach resort than a town but does have a few restaurants, a creperie, a boulangerie, a general store, a bar/tabac and a museum. The beaches are beautiful with rocks for exploring but also lovely sand. Public toilets and refreshments are available nearby too. Larger supermarkets and a wider variety of shops are just a short drive away in Clohars-Carnoet, Guidel and Quimperle. There are many interesting and attractive places to visit in the area, many of which are listed in one of the house folders. We particularly enjoyed the very picturesque port of Doelan and Zoo de Pont Scorff (allow most of the day to see all the animals and the shows). There are many other places worth visiting a little further afield; we especially like Concarneau, Quimper, Le Faouet and Carnac, but you really can't go wrong in Brittany! The owners of the villa are extremely friendly and helpful and speak excellent English! The booking process was straightforward and on arrival we were warmly greeted by Cecile and her son Mathis who entertained my son with the table football while we were shown around. The welcome gift hamper was a lovely touch and much appreciated, containing local delicacies: cider, pate, strawberry jam, tuna rillettes, salted caramel sauce and a delicious Far Breton. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Helena as the perfect location for a family holiday and hope to return.

Nous y étions trois générations pour partager cette superbe location et chacun y a pu trouver sa place et son bonheur. Un grand "plus" pour la piscine !! La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, l'endroit est calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région. La villa très bien situé au calme à 2 pas de la plage du pouldu. Vous serez très bien accueilli par la propriétaire, Cécile que je remercie encore au passage. Villa très bien entretenu et très agréable à vivre, on se sent vite comme chez soi. A voir !! A bientôt

A really superb villa in as new condition with pretty well everything you might need for a perfect holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 daughters with husbands and 2 grandchildren. Cecile and Richard are nearby to sort out any issues (we had a small problem with the pool and Richard sorted it out very quickly). We all enjoyed the pool, and our two grandchildren thought it fantastic. Within walking distance from the beaches in a very pretty part of France. Everyone we met were friendly & welcoming, and we would recommend both the villa and this part of southern Brittany as a super place for a family holiday. To be extremely picky, the villa would benefit from en suite facilities in at least one of the bedrooms.

We've spent two weeks in this beautiful house and enjoyed it very much to stay there...there was really everything you need for a perfect holiday. The landlords are very very friendly and helpful and we would like to thank them for the delicious welcome presents! We loved the pool, the barbecue, the equipment and the perfect location nearby the sea. A perfect holiday in a perfect house in a wonderful area!

The house is excellent, well laid out with great facilities and in a quiet spot. The kids really enjoyed the pool and table football.
