Our family of three stayed 5 nights and we loved everything about the house. Our teenage daughter had her own floor upstairs and my wife and I had our own floor on the bottom level. The main floor with the living room, kitchen and a large bedroom and bath is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. We loved the back porch with chairs overlooking Winter Park and the hot tub is an amazing place to relax and look at the stars. We found the location to be very quiet but also just a short drive to restaurants, shops and the Winter Park Village for skiing. The owner was very responsive to all my questions particularly around a snow storm that hit during our stay dropping nearly two feet of snow in a 36 hour timeframe! Even after all the snow, the driveway had been cleared and the community did an amazing job clearing the streets. Five stars all around!

Great birthday celebration with family. The home was a nice size to meet our needs. Nice to have a bathroom with each room. Views were great, as was the hot tub!!

We do an annual snow trip to somewhere within driving distance of Fort Collins each February - this property was perfect for our family to have access to cross country skiing, snow hiking, tubing, and downhill skiing for those who wanted it. The property was clean, had a great family room and kitchen for gathering, had tasteful decor, a nice spa, fantastic views of Byers peak and the Fraser Valley, and plenty of space in general for our family. It is within minutes of plenty of restaurants and breweries and it was about 17 minutes for us to get to Devil's Thumb for XC skiing. We had a blast and would totally return!

Had a great time. Everything was as advertised, slope out back door was great for sledding, jacuzzi was used, great to help relax. Snowed a little every day, local event center was great for sledding for the kids, even the 2 year old!! Enjoyed the Mountain Park tubing and snowboarding by daughters was great, very quiet on the slopes, even with fresh snow!! Roads were easy and snow cleared daily, no chains needed, just 4 wheel even with snow every day. Great time by all, especially grandkids who enjoyed every day, proof was slept through every night!

Perfect home for a winter getaway. Big rooms, each with their own bath. Nice family room and kitchen. And fantastic view from the deck. Feels like a little oasis.

We had 5 adults, and 5 children ages 3-11 range. This house was a perfect fit for us. Check in and out was easy. We did some activities in winter park, Fraser, and Granby. Location was perfect. Great host. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Our group of friends decided on Winter Park for a ski trip and ended up stumbling upon Rendezvous Road and we're so glad we did! It's a short drive to downtown Winter Park and the mountain, and there's even a shuttle stop just down the hill. The house was perfect for what we needed, including grilling and relaxing in the hot tub overlooking all of Fraser Valley. The views are even better in person, especially at night. Highly recommend!

The listing was very accurate. Great home -- clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and a really great place to hang out after skiing/snowboarding/tubing. Really close to Winter Park resort. Would definitely come back here again.

The only negative would be lighting ( only because we wanted to complete a jigsaw puzzle) and the coffee table was an awkward height and dining table was used for dining and games. I would definitely reserve this place again. Thank you so much.

We traveled with our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children, ages 13, 11, and 5. The home was perfect for our group with plenty of space for all to feel comfortable. The location is ideal: five minutes from great restaurants and shops but far (and high) enough away to enjoy fantastic views and enjoy wildlife sightings. We especially enjoyed evenings spent in the Adirondack chairs on the porch.

Comfortable and convenient
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is located in a quite area but close to many activities. We enjoyed the trails outside our door and the pond on the bottom of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and we all had our own privates space if we wanted it.

Group of 9 guys fit no problem, easily could hold up to 15 people. place was clean and well maintained, jacuzzi was nice a hot, overall perfect time with the boys.. highly recommend this cabin for your getaway stay..

Winter park Snowboarding Trip
Group of 9 guys fit no problem, easily could hold up to 15 people. place was clean and well maintained, jacuzzi was nice a hot, overall perfect time with the boys.. highly recommend this cabin for your getaway stay..

This place had has a level for everyone. Grand parents on ground level, down stairs for family and kids and upstairs for extras we even had someone come by and shovel the front porch after a 10” snow fall.

This is perfect for a great ski weekend in Winter Park! Private with beautiful views. Great hot tub after a day of skiing! Huge and everyone can sleep comfortably and privately! Everything is comfortable! You may not want to leave! Book this one!

The bedrooms and bathrooms offered the perfect layout and privacy for the amount of adults in our group and there is plenty of seating in the living room and it was very comfortable. We felt right at home. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive and offered helpful suggestions. The only negative is that we did not receive communication from the management company about check in/check out but when I reached out about both, I quickly got the answers that we needed so it worked out fine for us. It was the perfect mountain getaway for our family!! I would definitely recommend and would love to come back!!

Family Vacation Jan 2022
This home was perfect for two families to stay for the week. We loved the location, because it was so close to everything. There was a big snowstorm while we were there, but we did not have any problem getting in and out of the subdivision. There were guys that came to shovel the steps, walkway and driveway, while the subdivision did a good job plowing the roads.
The views from this home were so beautiful! Susan, the owner was great and was always quick to reply to all our questions or concerns.
We had an issue that was not handled very well by the Property Manager, but the Owner quickly resolved it with other options.
We would definitely come back to this home again if we take another family winter vacation.

Beautiful house with great views on Winter Park. Only minutes away from the town’s center and the slopes, clean, and comfortable. The location is great as it can can also be used for day trips around the state. Definitely recommended!

We have stayed at several vrbo’s in Colorado over the years and we are disappointed in the cleanliness of this one in comparison to all of the others. It’s disappointing to know our total was over $1900 for a three nights stay and to be charged such a significant cleaning fee and to have it be he way we walked in to. Kitchen counters had not been wiped down, floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped, stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while, several bugs in closets and bathroom floors, kitchen cabinets were very sticky and dirty and something had been spilled down the front of the leather sofa and wasn’t wiped down or cleaned. There were empty dryer sheet boxes filled with lint on top of the dryer, empty detergent and spray n wash bottles as well. Several other examples but don’t need to list them all. We do have high cleaning standards so may be more particular than we should be but for the price and cleaning fee, that part was disappointing. On a positive side, it was in a great location, nice neighborhood close to eating and shopping, my kids loved the hot tub and the view out the back and off the deck was beautiful! It was an overall nice, safe place to stay. We probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again for the amount charged.

Family of 7 getaway
This property is a wonderful place to getaway with your family. The home is large enough to feel like you are not on top of one another and the porch allows you to have additional space to gather or spread out. This property is in a housing division, but it is at the end of the road, so you feel as if you are somewhat isolated.
The owner was always prompt to respond to all of my silly questions! The property management team was not as prompt, however, I know they are also very busy and did take care of our needs within 24 hours.
We were able to see some wildlife while we were there and that is always a bonus hike you travel to the mountains.
The property is close to town so you are able to get additional supplies if needed.

The house is nice with an amazing view. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub was a perfect end to a perfect day.
