The floor was sticky all over, there were hairs in the bed, there were hair ties and dirt when the spare blanket was shaken out.

water pressure was light. have to wait along time for the balance of a hot and cold shower

Easy to checkin and out or room.
Very clean and comfortable beds.
The shower was small and wasn’t hot enough.
Road noise from passing trucks was loud at times.

Access to a laundry and a kitchen. Although there was a microwave and fridge in room as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean.
Virtual check in. No paper in printer. Was asked to see if could fix it myself. Waited for cleaner (who was lovely and friendly). Water was turned off during my shower and had no running water available after about 8am - no warning this was going to occur. No one onsite to discuss concerns. Zero security in the event of any issues.

Receptionist was very helpful and quick to respond to grievance and provide assistance.
Initial room in very poor state of cleanliness and toilet + shower weren't serviceable (both toilet and shower drain blocked)

Be prepared to not get even a cent back if you or a family member are struck down with an accident. Yes it clearly states that in conditions, no refund on cancellations but seriously, a bit of compassion can go a long way.
