駅から近くて、お部屋も広く清潔感があり、大変満足です。ホテルから空港までの無料送迎バスがあり、とても便利でした。また、利用したいです。

The hotel is very near Izumisano station. The free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport in the early morning is very convenient for my flight at 9 am. The staff could speak English well, and I felt comfortable staying only one night. Compared with the hotel at Kansai Airport, the price is preferable.

Great location, clean, all confy, good size rooms. Helpful staff, amazing view from mine. Definitely recommend it.

My personal taste, did not expect that type of breakfast, and maybe because I was on 17th floor but the ceiling ventilation was unfortunately really loud.

The location

The check in staff were not enthusiastic and did not make us feel welcome, very uncomfortable beds and pillows and no air conditioning…the shower cubicle became very slippery once body wash or shampoo was used ( I think supplying a non slip mat would be beneficial ) Breakfast was just ok, no juices and most of the dishes that were meant to be hot were only just warm.. Over all we found our experience with this motel to be very under par….

There is a massage chair in the room, and the space is so big (especially for Japanese hotels). Also the position, it is literally near the train station. The best part is the airport shuttle! Free of charge!

Well, if they have a water machine in the hotel, it will be perfect.

The Wi-Fi was very poor on the 11th floor, whereas on the 3rd floor, it was blazingly fast. I ended up paying extra for my data using my roaming service

I got a room on the top floor! The room was large and well equipped with all the necessities. The panoramic view was breathtaking. I loved the the proximity to the Izumisano station, the on time shuttle service to Kansai airport and the complimentary buffet was delicious (especially the miso soup, served hot). The staff during our check-in and check-out was polite, courteous and helpful. どうもありがとうございます

The location is very close to the station. And there is a bus shuttle to the airport, which is very considerate. Nice night view from high floors. The communication and response after booking are very fast.

The price is high, the breakfast is average, and there are no other extra considerate services; there are more food options around is izakaya, suitable for business travelers, not suitable for family travel.

Breakfast was a big selection which was nice but quite average in quality; nothing to write home about at all still a perk to have a big breakfast before a long flight. Location is great to get to the airport. Shuttle service was a big help.

Room was okay, very spacious but it felt quite "used". I way prefer hotels where you keep your shoes off after the elevator, feels way less dirty then half the city floor being wiped on to the carpets. Hopefully they look after the hotel better in the future.

A very large 3 bed room. Plenty of space, good for re-packing luggage before flying out of Osaka. The shower room, however, is tiny. Staff did not help with luggage. Car park is just right next to the hotel.

There are noises, like toilet sound every now and then, throughout the night.

The location was very convenient to go to the Kansai airport. My flight was very early in the morning but I used the hotel's shuttle bus that was very helpful.

A decent hotel for an overnight stay if you have a stopover in Osaka or heading to Kansai airport. The rooms are big and clean, and they have a free shuttle bus in the morning to drop off at Kansai airport. That is a great convenience especially for families traveling with luggage.

The rooms are big and the view from the 17F is beautiful. The bed is adequate and there is a lot of space for storing luggage.

Check-in. Although we spoke Japanese, my partner is bilingual, the staff were nervous and unsmiling and insisted on trying to speak English. It would be nice if staff could relax and smile and try to speak English only if it is required.
