The beautiful traditional Japanese house. Very comfortable and clean. Great communication, and wonderful host.

The house was nice
The doors in the hallways upstairs are translucent, which means that if anyone uses the toilet at night, the whole party will wake up

Quick trip to the airport. Very clean and convenient. Traditional futon beds and lovely Japanese feel.

It was in a real Japanese suburb very close to shops and the train station, the house was very clean and the host was lovely and dedicated to his clients, he rang up a taxi when we needed to go to Kyoto and made us feel right at home, they are friendly and hospitable.

Toilet and shower smell a bit of sewage... the shower has a ridiculous system where you have to press a button and water flows for less than 10 seconds... so if you want to take a shower, you're pressing that button a dozen times.. finicky "security system" that blared an alarm at 1am... took us a while to figure out how to turn it off... hosts were very nice... the house itself is very very cool... but it needs some work...
