we stayed family for one night, the breakfast was good.

We arrived late in the evening and the reception was closed, no details were left in the message from the hotel about performing an independent check-in even though it was recorded that we were arriving at a late hour. It was difficult to receive instructions through the intercom at the entrance to the hotel, and finding the room late at night with all the luggage was simply unpleasant and difficult.

The hotel is an attractive, modern building, brightly lit and scrupulously clean. It's a conference centre so it has a corporate feel to it. The staff I spoke to were pleasant and the breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a very warm day and it was hard to get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. Rooms have a shared balcony - there was nobody in the room next to mine so I had the balcony to myself. Overall I thought it was good value for money.

The location is a little out of the way, in a rather nondescript area towards the outskirts of the new town. If you're going to the Spreewelt leisure centre to swim with the penguins it is perfectly located just across the road, otherwise there are no real sights nearby and it's about half an hour's walk to the old town. Reception is not manned after 6pm and it wasn't clear what you would need to do if you had a problem after that time (or arrived late).

Very clean and practical. Has free parking and close to a bus stop that goes to the old city and port. Reasonable breakfast.

Rooms are standard with two separate beds, no other possibility. Staff do not speak English, but are very kind.

A standard hotel, nothing special. Large room. Shared balcony. It is possible to walk to the touristy place, the old village, in about 20 min.

breakfast was rather lower standard compared to other hotels and relative to the price it was offered.

It was easy to find. Good location. Large parking.

The reception is open only till 18:00.
