The GM was finding every reason not to let my family and I stay. When I walked in he didn’t greet me he told me I needed to go back and get my mask( I’m vaccinated). Then he told me that he needed everyone’s ID before he can give me the key. He proceeded to show me the room then after showing me he said that the system was down and he wouldn’t be able to give me the key until it was up and running but was still able to pull up my reservation. He or the other staff didn’t look at me once. I know for a fact that I was being discriminated against and I would like to be contacted by a higher authority.

Room was clean when I checked in except for the candy wrappers next to bed and cigarette burns on the plastic tub.

Very bare bones hotel. 1 roll of toilet paper no matter how long I stayed. Was told I would have to buy it myself if more was needed. Only one set of towels,wash cloths again i would have to wash them myself if i wanted clean ones no matter how long i stayed. No pots, pans, silver ware , glasses,cups or dishes provided. During their 1 day they clean room after a week of staying there, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Cupboards, in kitchen area & bathroom were the cheapest ones that are sold . They had chips and peeling layers on them. The room was no where like the pictures on the internet. Internet pictures showed a bright sunny modern room. We could not open curtains because we were on the 1st floor and window looks out onto the driveway & main road. After the fees they charge for internet connection, etc the room cost as much as a room at other hotels that offer clean daily towels, room daily cleaning and cabinets made out of wood and provide toilet paper.

The rude, sarcastic overnight on-site worker who checked me in and the filthy room. The smell in the room was overwhelmingly awful and the bed that was sitting on a metal frame. I felt every metal rod in my back.

the second night someone tried to get into my room at 4:25 am, third night fire alarm was set off at 1:00 in the morning, and the 6th night the electricity went out for about 7 -10 minutes. People outside smoking weed on the property and in their cars, I thought it had a full kitchen- my understanding of a full kitchen is stove, ref, oven, pans, dishes, silverware. 2 burners, a microwave and a refrigerator. not the best place I have stayed for the price.

The rooms weren’t clean like they should’ve been. The manger was rude. The location is horrible, people on drugs lived there.

It’s location was close. The staff was fabulous. Definitely would stay there again

I wish they had room service a little more than they did. And I wish there was some type of café or restaurant there.

Laundry room perfect. Hotel so quietly.

Housekeeping......only change bags, didn't clean the bathroom, didn't change the bed linens, all stuff feels with grease, I understand people cook in, but housekeeping did not perform their job well.
