Lage zum HBF ist sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte und Geschäfte für den üblichen Bedarf auch in der Nähe

Video zur Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht. Musste vor Ort noch einmal angefragt werden. Kaffeemaschine war nicht funktionsfähig. Dusche alt und verstopft. Ameisen im Wohnzimmer

The location was very good and we feel that the property was good for its money. The staff were also very friendly. Very easy check in service.

The facilities were very basic, no chopping board not all kitchen utensils. Have to make own bed which is hassle. The walls are very thin and can hear everything from corridor to next persons room. The whole look of the apartment it’s also very dated. The tv also was very hard to set up and we didn’t get to have any use of it.

Simple property for an overnight stay in centre of The Hague.

Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and needs replacing as it’s worn.

The host was very pleasant and helpful. Made me feel at home and very welcomed. The room had all the basics that I needed and was as advertised.

The configuration of the room could be better. You are either sleeping with your head against a window (which is on a sometimes busy street) or you are sleeping with your head under the TV (which makes it uncomfortable to watch). The Sofa is again in an awkward location. With better configuration or some more appropriate furniture the room would be more comfortable. Also, it would be great to give guests a bit more of a warning that there isn't actually a food venue or grocery store immediately nearby.

The location is perfect. Its at a walking distance from the Den Haag Centraal station.

The door was wide open when i reached. The door opened even without a keycard and It could not be locked from inside. When i informed the maintainer, he was like "I obviously I want to do some compensation for you". He said there is a spare room but he was not too keen on giving it and kept asking what i wanted to do and how I wanted to proceed. since I had some valuable stuff in my luggage. I had to lug it around Den haag and barely had any sleep for a night and the bed was horrible. Two tiny beds that just keep coming apart if you move closer to middle.

Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding kloppen, locatie bij het NS station is perfect. Ruimte klopt met de foto's. Lift was een absolute bonus.

Het is wel wat gehorig wat betreft de gasten in de overige appartementen (niet vanaf buiten). Kookluchten trekken door de gemeenschappelijke delen (trappenhuis, gang, etc), maar dat merk je niet in het appartement zelf.

torn walls and curtains. very dark, cold and uncomfortable. The room is tiny, no place for luggage. No chance to contact people. The balcony is old and tattered, the view is terrible. I couldn’t stay there the second night and moved, even though I paid for two nights. I will never come again. People who run it simply do not care.

De locatie was top. Ook het feit dat er een aparte "woonruimte" was waar we samen konden vertoeven was een meerwaarde tov een hotelkamer. De aanwezigheid van koffie, koffiefilters en afwasmiddel (ook blokjes voor de afwasmachine) was zeker een pluspunt.

de algemene staat en hygiene viel wat tegen. de douchestang hing los, leuning van de zetel zat los, de lakens hadden gele plekken, vuil op de grond en op het aanrecht van de keuken,... een aantal kleine zaken, die maken dat de algemene indruk wat sjofel was. Dus een grondigere poetsbeurt en wat klusjes nu en dan zou dit zeker kunnen verhelpen. Een beetje uitleg bij aankomst - of zoals voor de sleutels in een filmpje - had nuttig geweest: wij zijn vrij laat toegekomen en eigenlijk meteen iets gaan eten en daarna meteen in bed gekropen. Dus de eerste nacht had 1 persoon koud omdat we niet wisten dat alle donsdekens in 1 kamer lagen en zij er dus geen vond in haar kamer. Ook hebben we de eerste nacht last gehad van lawaai, omdat de bediening van de ventilatie in de badkamer niet in de badkamer zelf stond en we die 's nachts niet vonden om af te zetten.

Excellent location

Very poor sound isolation, could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations (they were NOT loud, nice elderly ladies, sharing their joys and concerns. At times quite interesting and even enjoyable, but I really doubt if they wanted me to hear all this and I definitely did not want to listen.)

The location; they brought us new pillow, sheets and towels.

It was not clean. The garbage from the previous client was still there..the same about hair, bad smell of the pillows, etc. Someone knocked on our window at 1 am to open the door for them, because the staff were not available.

Very close to the city centre

Not very clean and noisy. You have dishwasher but no soap given.

Location was the best! The apartment has everything we needed and sitting in the balcony was nice

The co2 alarm went off when we were cooking, but they immediately came in case of fire and checked it

Would have liked a toaster provided. A little noisy but guess that’s to be expected given it’s location.

Good communication, nice clean modern apartment with everything we needed for a 2 night stop over for a wedding in Den Haag. Car Park space reserved for us nearby.

Very central

A lot of noise from the trains passing by and not extremely clean

Quite and cosy place to stay for some days. Equipped with everything needed and also the balcony was amazing in the heart of The Hague

There was a damage on the window to the balcony. Did not decrease the stay, but worth to mention.

The kitchenette is very handy for preparing some meals, they had supplied plenty of pans and cutlery etc. the balcony was nice and peaceful. The staff were helpful. Coffee and filters supplied.

As a solo female traveller, I didn’t really like this area of The Hague. Felt a bit unsafe in the evening. Ashtray on balcony and coffee machine not emptied.

Fantastic self catering apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. Well equipped kitchen area! Very close to Haag Centraal, excellent for transport links and right in the middle of the city. Good sized balcony with a nice view of the city.
