Listening to the sea every night, very generous and genial hosts proximity to shops and car was locked up, good size shower , beautiful terrace comfortable bed, will be returning.
We were not there long enough could have stayed for 2 weeks

This is an accommodation in a wonderful location, a few meters from the sea, above the beach. The owner and his entire family are extremely kind, attentive and helpful. Every day we received something kind from the owner. The travel connections are very good, and the area is well equipped.

A great place with a beautiful view of the sea, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very hospitable hosts. Highly recommend, the apartments will exceed your expectations! I’ll definitely come back, loved it.

A beautifully compact studio apartment, all within two rooms, but contained everything you need as a base to explore. 45 minutes from Rome Termini on the train from Anzio Colonia (fifteen minutes walk from the apartment) and right on the beach via a short flight of wooden stairs.

A simple but well-equipped little house directly overlooking a sandy beach in a very calm location. Washing machine came handy after four sweaty days in Rome. The host was super nice and helpful.

Perfect location- beachfront with amazing view from the terrace, everything was right around the corner- bus station, market, very good groceries store, cafe, ticket store, etc. The host was very kind and friendly. It was silent surrounding. :)
everything was nice, the only point was- I did not like the wool blanket.

The apartment is very comfortable with a full kitchen with coffee. tea etc., toiletries in the bathroom. The view is absolutely fabulous and the host is super cordial. The bbq is a definite plus in the time of COVID as currently restaurants are closed in the evening.

Clean, comfortable, right on the beach. Host very helpful and even although we booked last minute and arrived 2 hours after booking, they arrived with aperitivo! Dogs were welcome and apartment came with coffee, tea and breakfast supplies. Wonderful stay, beautiful view! Restaurant on the beach 2min walk from apartment (closed on Mondays)

Location, on the beach. The hosts, a family, are fantastic, friendly and ready to help. English is spoken. At arrival a bottle of Chianti was given, nice touch.Furthermore,as already stated a very warm welcome awaited me.I cannot find anything negative about this place. Beach & water very clean ,as is the room which, by the way, is equipped with stove fridge, sink,table ware etc..Great people, great place. Went to American cemetery (WW2)fallen American soldiers, amazingly kept in next town (Nettuno).if an individual has lost a relative, during the allied invasion of Italy, you can find the grave &pay your respects.
