Location was good for our requirements and as we had the property to ourselves it was quiet and comfortable.

The car parking was very poor. We had to park outside the property in the entry lane. There was ample room for us to park our vehicle inside the property so we should have been able to park inside. Beautiful property with a great pool and garden area. Problem was that we were not allowed to use the pool as there was no life guard on duty. Would have been nice to have a quick dip at the end of a long hot day. Breakfast was poor.

Little bit far from Anzio, no parking

Lovely, quiet, comfortable room

The B&B is on the ground floor of a lovely house. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern with new fixtures. The owner is fluent in English.

Unfortunately there is another B&B in Anzio with the same name, and we mistakenly went to the wrong one. Thankfully, Booking.com’s help center helped us figure out our problem. The owner is aware of the situation. I would suggest that when she confirms the arrival time with her guests she tells them to be sure to use the property address not the name in their GPS. That reminder would have saved us a stressful hour and a half.

Barbara was the sweetest host you could ever imagine. The apartment was just as told/imagined. All thought there was a language barrier, this didn’t cause any complications as Barbara was very helpful. With a super nice host, a great place to stay and 10 minutes on a scooter away from the beach, we truly recommend Alba Chiara B&B for everyone that wants to explore the coast of Italy.

The lack of public transportation

Barbara is a lovely host. Despite the language problem she made me feel very comfortable in her house. Spacious accomodation, spotlessly clean, a good breakfast - what more could you need?

The location given on Booking.com is incorrect - the actual location is 1km north of where Google shows it.

The owner is great

We stayed there one night. Checked in and went out. When came back around midnight, there were 2 aggressive but small dogs released in the yard that would not let us enter the house and the owners were away. We called they did not answer, after texting and waiting for 45 minutes, the owner sent his very angry son over to take the dogs away. There were no apologies. The person who came to take the dogs away pretended that we told them the keys don't work, so he started explaining in Italian how to use a key! When we said about the dogs again, he just said "Piccolo" which means small in Italian and went to his room upstairs and slammed the door. Very rude owner. Air conditioning was a small fan which did not help. little variety for breakfast. 1 espresso capsule per person. Owners do not speak English. Pool can be used at limited hours for 10 Euros extra per person. Many better options in the region.
