amazing hotel, great people, super nice breakfast

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. We had a private pool for ourselves not to mention the beautiful views which surrounds the hotel and pool. The staff made us feel like old friends and talked and laughed with us. They made my wife's birthday truly special.

Not a thing

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff, room condition, location, facilities, cleanliness, everything is superb. Breakfast is open buffet and there are plenty of delicious choices. Location is great, very close to city center at the same time has great view. We will come back.

It’s not something we didn’t like, just a suggestion: it would have been more than amazing if there was a chef who would prepare omelette by choice during breakfast.

Excellent staff; great pool bar service; comfortable and spacious sun beds; daytime menu was very good; Great gym facilities; Appreciated the fruit platter and wine delivered to the room for our anniversary; The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Restaurant dinner menu seemed to cater for chef's ego rather than customer preference - hence we ate out every night when we would have preferred to eat at the hotel; Not everyone wants 'fine dining' all the time but no alternatives offered for evening meal. Pillows very uncomfortable - too hard; Shower room for use pre-departure was tiny - unable to change comfortably - had to use the toilet; Pool freezing cold; Paid extra for a sea-view room but that was across the main road from the hotel - the road was so busy and noisy we were unable to enjoy sitting on the balcony. The beach was virtually non-existent - a narrow strip of grit and building sand; Pointless TV on in the bar - no volume and poor program choice.

hotel is great, breakfast outstanding, facilities first class, pool area relaxing and very usable and staff excellent.

The hotel is 2.5 km from the centre of Kos town. Not normally a problem but we were advised on arrival that taxis were almost impossible to get. This turned out to be true. Also that the bus service was extremely unreliable again true. So you can find yourself doing an awful lot of walking. Surely a 5* hotel can easily solve this by putting on a shuttle service for guests?

There was not mini bar and coffee tea facilities.

This is by far the best hotel in Kos. We have spent 1 week at Lango Hotel and it was just amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and service oriented. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. Fresh and delicious and we were able to order a variety of coffee like Americano, Cappuccino (even vegan options), Iced Coffee, Frappe, etc. every morning for breakfast. This hotel's also very near to Kos town. Highly recommend this hotel and we'll come back for sure the next time we're in Kos again.

Just one minor mistake the bartender has made with our drink order at the bar: we have ordered an "old fashioned" drink and somehow he mixed it up and we've received a whisky sour instead.

Reception was very thoughtful and caring. they thought of every detail grom yransfers yo m tenit a car and bike and best restaurants. also condered our anniversary.

Our stay was made exceptionally comfortable and easy. The staff were very attentive and ensuring we were being looked after. The pool was beautiful and there were loungers for everyone. The room has great air conditioning and lots of space.

There were no negatives.

Everything about the hotel has been spectacular. The staff have been really friendly straight from the start, since booking i have been speaking to Cristina who has helped make my wife's birthday extra special with flowers in the room and arranged a private poolside dinner. The rooms have been clean and the food at the hotel is like nothing I have experience before.

I cannot fault this hotel

I can’t fault it, everything was amazing. The lobby smells beautiful and clean when you enter. The staff are friendly, attentive and happy to help. Hotel amenities are great, the pool is beautiful and clean, the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast and Lunch was great and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive.

N.A. - if I return to Kos I will stay here without a doubt.

beautiful spot in Kos, not far from the main town and with an exceptional view of the amazing Greek Sunsets! the staff were so friendly and attentive. they were incredibly helpful in organizing our transport to the town and bikes for the day! the pool area is amazing ! such a great design and lovely loungers the rooms were great and the bathrooms/ shower were very nice! the best part overall is the breakfast buffet which is next level! such amazing variety and great coffee other amazing points - received a welcome drink on arrival which is a nice touch - gift of a Greek olive oil at the end of the stay

One of the best hotel we’ve been to! We had one of the suite with private pool and it was a dream. The place is very quiet, the food is delicious, the staff is very kind and the breakfast is the best. Thank you for everything, we’ll come back for sure!

Super chic and modern design, amazing pool area (very big pool, comfortable day beds and good service from the pool staff). Very helpful and friendly reception staff in the morning, staff working in the afternoon was incapable and unfriendly.

Taxi situation from the hotel into town can be very tricky at times, one evening we had to wait 2h to get one which made us lose our dinner reservation. Quality of food options for lunch were quite basic.
