Clean well equipped rooms including air con.good supermarket selling everything only 2 minutes down the road.

No bar or pool bar open,strange as it is summertime,didn't matter to us because only a 3 day stay,might be a problem for those people staying longer,

Shower was not attached to wall and shower curtain was too short so floor was absolutely soaked after having shower. This place is difficult to access using public transport

I booked this last minute so I could be close to the port to catch a ferry to bodrum and didn’t expect anything because it was cheap a bit it was excellent value for money, I would definitely stay again. Lovely friendly people and clean apartment, even a allay area and good sized pool. Their was really nothing to complain about 😊

Gorgeous apartments in a really beautiful location. Beautifully decorated in a traditional Greek style, but at the same time - very modern rooms, amazing bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette. Beds very comfy. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Not far from the Old Town, next to some amazing beaches, tavernas, supermarkets also nearby.

The stuff are okey, and the location is okey too if you rent a bike, there’s nearby beach and market

There were hair all around the place, and don’t look down the bed !!!! And there is extra charge on the AC which I wasn’t even told ....

Tipycal Greek holiday resort in white and light blue. Room was comfortable with 'private' cat. Swimming pool and room were clean with a small kitchen desk. Easy to walk to the nearest beach and Kos centre is just few kms on foot or by bicycle. Greek food and drinks are available at the reception. Fix taxi fare from the airport.

Everything ! Very clean, simple but very comfortable apartments and great value for money. Easy access to the beach lots of amenities nearby, mini markets and restaurants within easy walking distance etc. Very friendly and hospitible neighbourhood allround. It reminded me of a Greece back in The 80's & 90's 😍 More relaxing and peaceful than areas such as Lambi on the other side of town, which caters more to the party scene people.

There was nothing that we didn't like !! I could not say one negative thing 💙 Our stay at Yiannis Yard was extremely comfortable and nice. This is a small family business, who work very hard all day and night to meet the needs of their guests. Nothing was too much trouble, all you had to do was ask 😎 Honest, fair prices for good food and drinks from the pool bar. Suitable for all, families, singles, little children, great mix of people, all respecting each other's needs. Great little pool ! ANNA🌻 was amazing, Real, true Greek hospitality at all times, despite the very difficult conditions involved while travelling with COVID 19 restrictions and the huge impact this has had on their livelihood ! 10/10 to Anna and her team 🌴😃

Comfortable accommodation. Our room looked better than on these pictures :) it is clean, spatious, and every room has a nice balcony. There is a small kitchenette as well. Hotel is close to the beach with loungers and Kos town. Also, there are several Tavernas nearby, a grocery store and several bike rentals. Would definitely recommend.

The swimming pool was beautiful! Staff was very friendly, the place It is run by a lovely family and they were always very nice with us!

The water in the toilet was leaking. This should be fixed. But overall all good :)

Very good location, close to the beach, 5 minutes by bus to Kos Town, very good supermarket and bikes rental only 100 meters away. Car rental is at the reception - there are new cars in perfect condition. The stuff is superb friendly and helpful, many thanks for your great hospitality :))) The room is clean and cozy, with a small kitchen. Swimming pool is very nice and it is cleaned every day.

Airconditioning cold be better - it is located in one room (bedroom), and in the other room it is almost imperceptible

Paris and his family were very very nice with us, always available to help with anything, we felt at home ❤️ we will surely come back, many thanks.
