Grande salle familiale avec îlot, cuisine-salle à manger, 52 'Smart TV avec câble, streaming et DVD. Grande enveloppe amusante autour du pont pour regarder le lever ou le coucher du soleil. La table pour 6 personnes avec parasol est parfaite pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue.
Plusieurs vélos Beach Cruiser et des vélos plus petits permettent de se rendre facilement à la plage en 5 à 10 minutes environ. La promenade est agréable et pas plus de 15 minutes en haut! La maison dispose de plusieurs chaises de plage, d'une douche extérieure et d'un barbecue au propane avec des ustensiles de cuisine.

We loved our stay in this home. It was immaculately clean and just felt so welcoming. The house itself was one of the biggest highlights of our visit. The owner communication was above and beyond. My preteen boys repeatedly said how much they loved the place and couldn’t stop playing at the foozeball table. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The home was very nice and spacious. Kitchen has all you need. The bed in the MB was very comfortable and my children were comfortable in the other beds. The home is very close to the beach with free parking. The beach was not crowded at all and very nice. I loved the small Sandbridge Market nearby. Overall, a very nice stay!

Before we even arrived in the house, the host communicated with us severall times with helpful information. On one rainy day, she even emailed us with information about an activity we might enjoy since it wasn't a beach day. The cottage has a lovely open living/dining/kitchen area surrounded by windows, so the room is bright and cheerful. The owners have lovingly decorated the entire house with various nautical/beach items. The kitchen is well-stocked. The cottage, while compact, had everything we needed for our stay and we will definitely consider renting again during our next trip to Sandbridge.

Pulling into the driveway, you can tell the home is older compared to the surrounding houses. But that is where it’s charm comes in. My teenagers said it reminded them of their grandparents house and that made them feel more comfortable staying there. Overall, I felt like the home was clean and quaint. I loved that the sheets were bundled nicely on the beds and we could make them ourselves so we knew they were clean and not reused.
My son really enjoyed fishing from the dock pretty much the whole trip. I think the tide may have been higher from the recent rains because majority of it was under water, but he was able to still walk through the water to get to it and said it was his favorite part of our vacation. He caught a decent amount of fish.
The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and there was practically no one else there so we had almost the whole beach to ourselves. The sunrises on the beach were amazing and we saw dolphins. And the sunsets from the deck were beautiful!
Lina was phenomenal with communication. She was always nice and very quick to reply. There was one issue with the trash not being picked up and she was on top of it immediately. She even gave us a little history on the house during our conversation. You can tell she cares about the property which is nice compared to some of the places that we’ve stayed at.
If you’re looking for an affordable family friendly home for your vacation, this is the place. We would definitely visit again!

the pictures seen online of the property were a little misleading. the bath rooms really need some updates and TLC but overall it give me a placed to where i could spend time with my brother who is ill and make lasting memories. and for that reason i thank you.

The property was easily walkable to the beach. The house could use some maintenance (screens, kitchen cabinets), and be prepared to bring your own shampoo and bath soap and make up the beds yourselves). The bunk room/laundry room is pretty tight.

This was a great space for our family of 4 and grandparents to stay for a few days. It was well stocked with what we needed for our 1 year old and even had games for our 4 year old to enjoy when it was cold and rainy. We would like to come back at a warmer time when we can enjoy the deck!

We had a two family get-together at Lina and Andrea’s beautiful house - it was perfect for our needs. The littlies loved going to the beach (a few minutes away) and the road the house was on was also very quiet and great for small kids (and rollerblading!) Lina was kind and responsive throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t have enough time to try everything out so will have to return. I’ll have to bring my SUP next time - the water in Back Bay looked beautifully calm, and there’s a dock to launch right off at the bottom of the garden.

It was an awesome visit, they haven't seen their grand children in a long time and a great grand child. The house was the perfect place for us to stay in. Lot's of room and time to relax. The kitchen was the busiest part of the house because we love to cook breakfast before starting the day. Thank you for having us in your wonderful home! Minor issues were not a problem.

This was exactly what my family was looking for. Nice short walk to the beach, and perfect driving distance to all the tourist attractions. It was also far enough away from the majority of the tourists that it felt like ‘home’.

My family and our besties stayed in this property to enjoy a week on the beach. The house was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and the bikes/scooters were a great hit with our kids when we trekked to the beach. Great place to lay low and enjoy the sunshine!

We were only at the property for a couple days for a high school graduation, but the area and residence were wonderful. I would stay in this area every time I visit the VA Beach area in the future. Communication with the host was great. Thanks for everything.

This was our first time to Virginia Beach area and we loved it! The house was great for our family of 5! It was clean and cozy! Communication with the property manager was timely. The house was fully stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items as well as lots of games for a rainy day. My son loved fishing at the lake behind the property.

The location is great, but could have been a bit cleaner. Sleeper couch needs to be replaced as it was not comfortable for 2 tall adults! The outdoor shower was full of spider webs and dirt/sand and was not operable.Shower head fell off. 2 of the bedrooms were very small with no closet space to hang up anything. Master BR was comfortable. The dock out back on the water was in disrepair and a liability waiting to happen. Tear it out or repair it!

What a great stay that we had! The home was clean, with a lake view right behind the house and a quick drive to the beach. The neighborhood and area was peaceful and safe. We enjoyed lounging in the home which had plenty of space for our kids and babies to run around and play. One of the best parts was due to early check in! We were able to come in earlier since the cleaning was done. What a treat! We will be coming back!
