Excellent location close to all the main attractions, and a cafe just downstairs. The apartment is very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with a film theme. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a great comfy king bed. Views from every window inspired a watercolour sketch! The sofa folds out into a bed and provided another sleeping option - extra bedding was provided upon request. We were also able to do our laundry on site, which was very convenient.

A kettle in the kitchenette would be a nice addition. Having some tea on hand would be great too.

Beautiful and cosy apartment. Convenient location for the jazz festival. Quiet, very clean. Chiara our host is very kind and helpful. Will definitely book here again for next year festival.

We stayed at the Casa Malichi Retro apartment from Aug. 23-29 2022. Casa Malichi has three apartments with different themes : Movie, Rock and Spot, which features old ads from around the world (this is the one we had). Of all the apartments we’ve had over our three trips to Italy (having stayed in 13 towns), this one was by far the coolest. We spent so much time checking out every ad! Aside from the cool factor, the apartment itself was super clean, spacious enough and very well located. Francesco, at the coffee shop downstairs, is one good guy, and there are many restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. The use of a washer and dryer was a welcome feature. On top of it, Chiara, our host, was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely helpful during our entire stay, being very generous with her advice and recommendations. Perugia is a fabulous town that, thankfully, not too many people have heard of outside of Italy, so it is not overrun by tourists. Finally, as for how to get to the apartment building, how to actually get in (with the code), and how to access the washer in the attic, Chiara sent us some short videos, which wass a stroke of genius. It made everything sooooo much easier! And after getting in, what a nice gesture to find cold bottles of water in the fridge! We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay at this B&B; Perugia was great, but this place, by itself, and Chiara, made it even better!

The apartment is amazing! Beautiful decor - retro but modern. Very comfy bed & panoramic views. It has everything you need including great Wi-Fi and a rainfall shower! It is just a short walk to the old town and there is plenty of parking close by. It is far better than any hotel and the coffee shop is on the doorstep for breakfast! There is also a little supermarket too. It was the perfect place to stay to see Perugia and I cannot recommend it enough!!! FANTASTICO!!

advertisement states there is free parking, but it is not the case. council park costs 20€ /day and it’s 400 metres away downhill.

This place was so lovely. Very cosy. It felt like at home. Chiara has been so helpful, gave us a réal concierge service ! I higly recommend it!

A cozy and very clean apartment, fully furnished, including small snacks and coffee to have breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, close enough to everything. The host is very helpful and friendly giving recommendations where to eat, drink or go. I definitely recommend to stay in Casa Malichi.

The design and the aura of the place. And even the fridge was stocked. Additionally we got a lot of recommendations for very good locations. Unfortunately with facebooklinks, what we don't have. But even so they were very helpful!

Hosts were amazing - they were super helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was super clean and set up well for our family. We also really appreciated the AC as we stayed in the middle of a heatwave.

The place was great as a whole, a little small for a family of four - but honestly it met our needs all the same, perfect for a short stay in the city.

Quirky spacious apartment right in the old centre of Perugia, but still super quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was sparkling clean. Our host was very helpful (even though we didn't meet her) and check-in and our were easy. We'll come again. :-)

Parking near the apartment is not straightforward especially when arriving on a Saturday night. We settled for a car park on via T. Ripa di Meana which costs 1.50 eur per day and from where a little steep path leads directly to the back entrance in 2-3 min walk.

The location of the apartment is fantastic - you feel like you are close enough to everything but out of the busyness of the main square. The apartment has everything you need and feels very unique - we loved all the details (branded mugs, shampoo etc.). The host, Chiara, was also so helpful and made the stay really easy. She also gave some great tips for food and drink places.

The hosts are incredible, little touches that you are unlikely to find anywhere else. They provided snacks on arrival, great recommendations for the area.
