Ein schönes Apartment in einer alten Stadtvilla, das Haus hat einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Von da aus ist die Altstadt wie auch die OsnabrückHalle zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Osnabrück selbst ist eine sehr schöne Stadt!

Der Abfluss muffelt Anfang ein bisschen. Lässt Mann das Wasser öfter laufen verschwindet der Geruch wieder

Großartige Lage, gratis Parkplatz, perfekt organisiertes ein- und aus-checken, viel Platz

Untergeschoss riecht nach Feuchtigkeit, Wohnung eher kalt, Heizkörper alt.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage.

Es ist extrem laut, wenn man eine Wohnung an der Straßenseite hat. Es ist unmöglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte vernagelte Fenster, die sich nicht öffnen ließen. Die eine Schlafzimmertürließ sich nicht schließen. Das mit der Lautstärke und mit dem vernagelten Fenster hätte man wissen müssen durch den Gastgeber und einen reduzierten Preis erhalten müssen.

That it was real easy to find. To get hold of the key. Centrally located from the city center. Had everything we needed.

We had a so called "presidential suite" with allegedly 6 beds. The reality is that there were 3 double beds. 1 double bed in a separate room, makes sense. A couple can stay in there. But 2 double beds in a large hall? So that two couples share a large hall? Maybe for kids or younger siblings? That was somewhat of a missell. The entire appartment was freezing cold. We arrived and everything was cold, including the walls. The flat has high walls and really bad insulation, so heating did not really help. Plus at about 22h at night the heating switches off by itself. There were no blankets or beddings but for 1 bed only. We had to sleep with hats and jackets to make it through the night. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Horrible. Plus none of the rooms, including toilet and bathroom, can be locked! This does not even work for a family. The bathroom and toilet room are also freezing cold. All rooms have doors with windows, so the light from the other rooms keeps everyone awake. The toilet is dark. It has no real lighting at night. The bigger room with the 4 beds is an old wooden office room or so and has little devils and ghosts carved into the wood. There was no wifi. No fresh towels. No toiletries. Overall it was cold, spooky and uncomfortable.

The bed in the double bedroom was not comfortable at all since it was two single beds together instead of one double bed

Excellent central location.

Location was very good for the inner-city. It is a 5 min walk to Dom. With luggage you need a taxi from train station. Appartment has lots of room with kitchen and balcony. Great place for several people.

Our apartment was on 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Fortunately there was someone there cleaning that helped with luggage. Drain in shower was running slow. There is no staff present, you need to call for any issue, had to call for wifi password.

Excellent location, central but quiet. Good playground close by! Spacious apartment with good facilities. Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Very good, central location. Kitchen is very well equiped: balcony is great to have a coffee outside. I needed help and Katarina was very easy reachable and helped me. Great host!

The bed in de bedroom next to each other: the right one made a funny(squeaky) noise everytime you move.

It was huge! And beautiful, very well looked after. It was in the town centre, near everything! There was a big, private parking space. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was extremely plush, particularly the showers. We loved it!

It would have been useful to have had an extra key, as it was difficult when we wanted to do different things.

Great location! 5 minutes and you are in the middle of city center. Key pick-up is super easy. And free parking with accomodation. The beds are very comfortable as well, which does not happen often with rental appartements.

I cant think of any negative points

I stayed there just for one night. The location was great, the apartment was very clean and well designed. I will choose this place again.

I didn't realise until we got there that there were check in instructions rather than a person.. it was a riddle to work it out! A friendly person helped!
