Das Personal und die Sauberkeit sticht raus. Sogar die Bademeister achten darauf, dass die Liegen max. nur 1h reserviert werden. Zum Glück gibt es aber 3 Pools Die Rezeption immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und erklärt alles beim Check-in - es sind keine Fragen danach offen! SMS Betreuung während des Aufenthalts - super Idee !!

Der Shuttlebus fährt zu selten. Letzter Bus um 18h Das BBQ mittwochs: es sollten Wurst und Käse etc. so aufbereitet werden, dass die grünen Fliegen nicht ran kommen.

Its a great hotel as long as you accept you are at the top of a huge hill, air con wasnt great and breakfast could have had some Different variety.

Le petit déjeuner était royal ! Beaucoup de choix et de le qualité. L'appartement très spacieux, idéal pour une famille de quatre. Le personnel était attentionné et agréable.

Il n'y a pas de parking appartenant à l'hotel. Le fait que l'hôtel soit immense, et la localisation. Nous préférions un peu plus de nature, mais chacun ses goûts.

Studio apartment I booked, it was huge and it had a balcony, pool was great, there was two of them, quiet pool and busy pool, even though location seemed far from centre, taxis are SO cheap compared to anywhere else I've been to in Europe, plus you can ask front desk to book a taxi for you and they're always coming, also they had a free shuttle but I never managed to make it and always took a taxi because it was that cheap

I learned they had a spa area with a jacuzzi on the last day of visit, staff didn't tell me about it probably because I arrived late in the day, I paid for the spa on the last day, spent a bit of time, I asked the staff on the spa if we could enter and leave the spa room, she said yes, but when I tried to, she said I had to pay again to get in...

Big spacious apartment, 3 great pools, very helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, instantly pleased with the brilliant reception staff. They were so helpful and explained everything so well from shuttle buses to the facilities, food etc. There was a WhatsApp facility to ask questions and when I used it I got a very quick response and I thought that was an excellent help. Beds were comfy and the hotel rooms were quiet.

I did try to ask some help with food allergies and the breakfast but wasn’t very successful so I gave up and took my own food in. Maybe I could have contacted them in advance but I did think they may have something to cater for Gluten allergy as Spain in generally is pretty good at this.

The shower had nice power

Everything, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the toilet always had trouble, the towels often had stains on them, the bed sheets also had stains. The bed was HORRIBLE and the pillows as well. I do not reccommend this hotel!

Fabulous hotel, beautiful apartment and the Swedish lady at reception was really helpful.

Comfortable bed, however extra pillow found in closed was not changed, just put in there

Cleaning is very far from where it should be, kitchen appliances and dishes were not clean at all, couch had heavy stains and was in poor condition, bathroom as well looked clean on surface, no actual disinfectants used. The only thing clean was the floor and with a very strong substance that forced us to keep windows open as was not at all breathable

Great 2 bed apartment. Quiet location. Great facilities and entertainment for the kids. Staff excellent and really great with kids. Great supermarket on site

Location a little out of town but not the worst. 12 min Walk to beach. We went half board. Breakfast always seemed manic, food choices could’ve been varied more as very repetitive. Likewise with dinner. We didn’t eat there every night but there was little variation also.

Apartmán pro 2+2 s 2 ložnicemi a 2 koupelnami nám svou velikostí doslova vyrazil dech a k tomu opravdu velká terasa i s lehátky.Vyžádali jsme si apartmán v klidu,pro klidné spaní a ten jsme dostali.Personál všude maximálně vstřícný.Využívali jsme i kyvadlový autobus na pláž (10-18h).3 bazény v březnu opravdu vyhřívané,bazén č.3 min. na 25 st.!Jídlo dobré,ale průměrné.Zkusili jsme i jídlo na baru u bazénu č. a bylo výborné!Doporučuji zkusit i rest.naproti hotelu-Bella Roma-jídlo skvělé!

Jídlo neodpovídá 4*,bufet menšího rozsahu a jídlo nedoplňováno,občas nedochucené.Káva a džusy z automatu u snídaně nejsou dobré. V restauraci asi chybí personál,talíře zřídkakdy někdo odnese.Pití placeno zvlášť,láhev vody 2,40E.Večerní animace špatné,spíše k pousmání.

Отличный отель.Замечательный персонал,хорошие завтраки.Каждый день какая-то развлекательная программа,аниматоры на бассейне молодцы.Занятия йогой прекрасно.Работники рецепшина всегда помогают с любыми вопросами.Трансфер на пляж бесплатный и всегда четко по расписанию.Уборка в номерах ,идеально.В номерах есть все,шикарные большие балконы с шезлонгами.Нам все понравилось.

riesige, sehr lärmige anlage! leider entgegen unserer annahme, dass sie, weil oben auf dem hügel angesiedelt und somit weg vom massentourismus ruhig ist. unnötige wartezeiten beim frühstück! wir mussten jeden morgen anstehen, um die zimmernummer abzugleichen, obschon wir mit bändeli gekenntzeichnet waren.

Pozitionat relativ ok, supermarket la intrarea in locatie, restaurant.

Se face curatenie doar o data pe saptamana, prosoapele de asemenea se schimbau o singura data intr-o saptamana, sampon/gel de dus nu se puneau zilnic. Mobilierul destul de invechit, paturi neconfortabile.

Le point positif était pour nous de ne pas avoir à cuisiner, mais c'était -vraiment- mauvais... Piscine OK Personnel agréable

Les cafards dans la chambre ou les couloirs, le canapé cassé, le ménage succinct au milieu de la semaine... Pomme de douche cassée (mais a été changée pat notre séjour) Chaque soir, une soirée à thème avec musique bruyante

Allonger les horaires et faire des tournés pour réduire le mondes en même temps .. stressant pour des vacances relax l le matin . Ai si que. les machines à cafés sont vraiment pas un bon goût du café espagnol !! Peu de fruits frais Mur et gouteux d Espagne de l îles juste (des bananes ).. dommages Non choix pour le reste peux de profits raffiner . & local . Pas facile de trouver des place de parkings pour les clients dans les environs ..

Good welcome at reception check-in. Our apartment wasn't ready until 4 pm so we stored our suitcases and went into town.

The availability of parking nearby is really limited, such is the demand for accommodation in this area.

Breakfast is good. Room size was very good. Good location, not in the centre of town but in nice quiet area.

Staff was not too helpful. Breakfast is crowded and they dont have enough staff to fullfill it needs. Sauna was also disapointment.

La piscine chauffée, très agréable. L'animation au top Un magasin avec des tarifs corrects dans l'hôtel. Une grande terrasse dans l'appartement, le top pour manger à l'extérieur.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel et il serait grand temps de réaliser des travaux de rénovation des appartements. Équipement très basique dans la cuisine, très peu de chose pour cuisiner. Meubles et tiroirs détériorés. Canapé lit très inconfortable. Je pense qu'il serait grand temps de changer le mobilier interieur.

Apartment large, very nice and comfortable! Bus provided if you didn’t want walk down. Nice option of quieter pool areas and polite, helpful staff.

The shower enclosure was not tiled and scruffy. Small tea cups and no mugs! Breakfast was not good value for money, absolutely manic and we were both ill on day 2 so didn’t go back on day 3

Rooms was nice, staff were helpful . Facilities are fantastic, inside supermarket , beauty salon and hair dressers /barbers.

Food choice wasn't great , was charged extra for earlier check in which is fair enough however I wasn't happy that I was charged but our request for a cot wasn't organised and we waited over 2 hours as a result. Location isn't great especially for families with little children or anyone who struggles walking as it's a steap hilly incline

No really heated pool. You have to park outside the premises and walk up a little hill. Entertainment 6/10.

We enjoyed staying with our family in this place, the staff were friendly . The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, a lot of separate blocks with a central reception and large pool, steep walk down to the beach front if your less able so may not be suitable for some

La nostra camera aveva un bel terrazzo che affacciava sulla seconda piscina..Al nostro arrivo la stanza era pulita, dotava anche di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Ho chiesto una culla per il mio bambino e me l'hanno portata la sera stessa. La struttura offre un servizio navetta per la playa di las vistas gratuita che sale e scende ogni ora. L'' ultima sera abbiamo cenato presso il loro ristorante, era a buffet e il cibo non era male. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene, un posto davvero tranquillo.

Ho usufruito della spa ma non sono rimasta molto contenta, a parte la piscina idromassaggio e la sauna non c'era niente. È vero che ha un costo di 5 euro quindi non c'è niente da aspettarsi. L' hotel è su una collina, a piedi è mezz'ora dalla spiaggia o dal centro di Los cristianos, per noi avendo il l passeggino è stato un po' una faticata . La camera anche essendo pulita aveva l'arredamento un po' vecchiotto.

Le stanze sono grandi, lo staff gentile e molto risolutivo. All’interno della struttura c’è anche un supermercato molto comodo
