Best swimming pool design for kids we ever had. The house is just like in the pictures, maybe better. The host was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was spacious and in a great location. The kids loved the pool ! We would hope to stay here again!!

This home was in such a great location! We walked to Publix grocery store, Dollar Tree and Chipolte restaurant. We walked to the park to let the grandkids get their wiggles out. The park has a walking trail with exercise stations, slides, swings and a play fort type structure. The neighbors were very friendly. We walked up the street to see the Christmas lights and spoke to several people. We ate at The Hen and the Hog per Kevin's suggestion. They have "HUGE" portions. Luckily the waitress warned us. It was delicious. We ate at Crazy Uncle Mike's for my birthday with the family. They were so very accommodating and had live music. Great fun. We went to Sugar Sand Park about 15 minutes drive. It was the most amazing park for kids I've ever been to. Our grandson is autistic and he couldn't get enough of it. Put the kids in swim suits and bring towels & clothes to change in to. They have a carousel open on weekends when we were there. Bring cash as there is a machine to get tokens to ride it. Don't forget to go to Mizner Park. It was decorated for Christmas and we got lots of photos. Ice Cream from Sloan's topped off a great evening out. This home was very clean and the owner's came by to fix the issue we had with the pool. There were plenty of things stocked in the kitchen and lots of pool items we played with. It was on a quiet cul-de-sac and the landscaping was beautiful. When we come back to Boca Raton we hope this home will be available.

Excellent property and location. All 5 of us had pleenty of room. The property is well maintained and is as advertised. If ever in Boca Raton, we will definitely satay here again.

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location, close to shops and beach We have family at FAU and it was an easy drive to campus. Overall the house met our expectations and was fairly priced.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect for us while we dropped off our daughter at FAU. Great house, great location, great pool. Wished the bikes were available during our stay but we rented some from a local place that was pretty convenient. Overall a great experience!

We had a terrific time at this well stocked home. Pool was great and outdoor living space was nice. Bedrooms were just what we needed and comfortable. Thanks for a great family vacation!

All in all we loved the property and will stay there again. A couple of things were minor inconveniences: The listing shows bikes at the property however, the bikes were not usable. That was one thing our kids were looking forward to using. The location to Publix and Dollar General were within walking distance, however, the beach is a bit too far to walk but would have been perfect distance to ride a bike. The kitchen was fully functional with lots of equipment. It would have been nice to have some basic pantry items available such as salt, pepper, foil and oil. Lastly, the house was clean but when a family of 6 stays in a home for a week (acommodates 6 well, by the way), a mop and cleaning supplies would be handy. We had a tub of Clorox wipes that we used constantly to wipe the floors and counters. We had to ration the pods to do dishes and laundry. Again, a family of 6 requires a lot of up-keep during the week. Since we went to the beach or utilized the BEAUTIFUL pool daily, we needed to clean towels and clothing daily. Having a few more pods in the kitchen and laundry room would have been helpful. Again, we would stay there again in the future it was the best trip our family could have hoped for. It worked for our 3 girls with the 3 beds in one room and one boy in a separate room. Master bedroom had ample closet space and dresser storage. Everything was great. The few items listed above would have made it perfect

House was exactly what is listed. Pool was fantastic! The location is on a dead end street which was quiet and you wouldn't know that you were around a shopping plaza which was great as a full grocery store is a walking distance away along with star bucks and panera.

Perfect place for 7 of us there for a golf tournament. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Beds were comfy & house had everything possible you’d need for your vacation. The only bad thing was the grill had only a tiny flame so it took forever to cook what we wanted. It was later in the night before we even started cooking & surely didn’t want to bother owners at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night. It wouldn’t deter us from renting again at all. You won’t be disappointed renting this home, owners were very responsive to any & all questions.

This house was perfect for our family vacation as the location is close to shops, restaurants, and coffee places. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the heated pool was the perfect size. The house is all on one level and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It has a very simple floor plan with no clutter. The kitchen was a nice size and the extra large table was perfect for family dinners. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and the washer/dryer were huge bonuses. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that is in walking distance to shops or a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect house. Kevin and Gino were extremely easy to work with and were quick with communication. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay :)

We had a great stay at the property. It was well supplied and furnished. Our favorite thing was the pool. My granddaughters practically lived in it whenever we were there. Nice and warm. When we had an issue, it was resolved immediately. (T.V.'s not working in bedroom and pool not heated from tripped circuit breaker). Plenty of chairs and towels for the beach. I would highly recommend!

Located a short walk from Wyman Park and many shops and restaurants. The beach is a short drive away(a very nice city park as well.) We all enjoyed the pool. A good fit for our family.

This place is Located in a great area. It’s only about a 10th of a mile from the Publix store. There are a lot of really great fast food and custom restaurant options around it within walking distance and then it’s only about a mile or so from Mizner Park which has a great group of restaurants and shopping area The house is about a mile and a half from the beach and there is free 4 hour beach parking across the street from the beach drop off point. The pool is outstanding. We had our grandchildren over and they just loved it and it has a very nice little shallow area for the kids and it’s in the sun most of the day and it’s got a very beautiful stone pool deck that that covers the whole outside. We really enjoyed the house.

This property is exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean and fresh and there is plenty of room both inside and by the pool for the whole family. The owners were incredible to work with and very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need including modern appliances and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and cups. The house is located on a quiet street but is minutes from restaurants and stores, an easy walk to a park with a playground, and an easy drive to the beach. The thermostat and showers worked perfectly. Honestly, I can't think of one thing to criticize about this property. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property pool is heated and beautiful, nice kitchen, nice beds, bathrooms. Groceries 2 minutes walk. Beach is close and very nice. Thank you for a great vacation!

This was a perfect property for my family and I to enjoy the week before Thanksgiving getaway... Home was clean, updated with plenty of space for 6. We had a great time and will keep it on our list of great places to stay.

This property is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Nice outdoor space in the yard with plenty of seating, complemented by a swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare meals in if you choose. On site laundry is very convenient. There are bicycles available for you to use, as well as beach chairs to make your beach day very enjoyable.

Home was as listed. Well stocked kitchen. Location was great near everything. Publix was around the corner. House was clean and pool was very nice. Would stay here again . Management was great with communication and getting us the door code as we checked in late the first day.

The location of this property is perfect. Close to downtown Boca as well as as the beaches. (However, the beaches are not 1 mile away...they are a minimum of 2 miles, unless you can swim across the lake!) The pool was wonderful, clean and exactly what you need after a long day at the beach or cruising around. The house was absolutely lovely...bedrooms amazing and cozy, kitchen had everything you need, backpack chairs for the beach, towels for the beach! Lots of attention to details and thought of pretty much everything. Couple of suggestions - the main couches are not very comfortable...very stiff. Maybe add some more throw pillows or invest in something a little more comfortable. Also, the living room is very bare and makes the house have an echo sound. Perhaps some more furniture or rugs?

Property it self was beautiful, and the help of Luca was great! But when the big issue came about with all my guest and myself leaving with bed bug bits or either dirty linen on the beds! Whatever it was we have bumps everywhere and it wasnt no mosquitoes or bugs in the house because we kept doors closed and windows! Overall stay was good just didn't get any rest for scratching all night!

We came to Florida for a wedding in Boca Raton and made it a family vacation. The listing was accurate; the house was clean, very comfortable and private, close to shops and the Red Coral reef beach where we snorkeled. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the local visitors (Iguanas). We had a great family trip!

This House was perfect for our visit. WE stayed for 1 week and the children loved the pool. Location is great for shopping and close to restaraunts. The wonderful park and playground is walking distance. My grandchildren loved the pool. It was really nice to have the essentials,soap dish detergent,etc. already there. Thank you for a great week. I will be renting this property again.

I grew up in northern Palm Beach County in the late 1960’s-early 1970’s, had to relocate out of state in 2000. Both of my daughters live in northern Broward county so I am quite familiar with that area. Based on how undeveloped Fl was when I lived there I never thought I would want to live in the Broward area myself, but after one day at this property I was telling my wife “I could live in this house” and I repeated that thought throughout our stay. So convenient to shops and restaurants, but laying out by the pool you would think you were in a very remote location. I could not recommend this property more!

We stayed there for the week with our five children. The home was clean and spacious for our children to move around. We loved the pool. The kids would use morning through the night. It was easily accessible to a variety of areas in Boca.
