Maybe the parking but not that bad

The upstairs open plan kitchen / living area was roomy and comfortable for our 7 adults. Unit contained everything we needed, including a private courtyard and upstairs outdoor area with BBQ. Location was great, a short walk to club, shops and rock pool.
Although the three downstairs bedrooms were comfortable, there were no wardrobes for hanging of clothes etc.

Very well located between Tuncurry shops and the Rockpool. The house fitted us very well, accommodating 4 adults and 3 children, and would have coped with the extra adults scheduled to come but for COVID. It has good facilities in terms of kitchen and laundry, including all the whitegoods you'd want, a 4 burner barbecue and a great deck upstairs to enjoy the breezes. Living areas were comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery to handle our group. We brought a fair bit with us but didn't need to use much of it at all.
An occasional deep clean would improve the property - eg there was a bit of stuff under the couches and the place mats were greasy. Having said that, the rest was fine. The wifi had been inadvertently unplugged when we arrived which took a while to sort out, given the connection instructions weren't clear. Again, once sorted, it was fine. The upstairs connection to Netflix didn't work - the TV wouldn't connect, and the DVD player didn't respond to the remote, which DID work on the downstairs player. We ended up streaming on our laptops.

Plenty of space for two families. Location was good. Easy walk to the waterfront and shops.
Washing machine didn't spin dry, but we are assured that this will be rectified . Several light globes were blown.

There wasn’t enough hot water for the whole family that was the only down fall

The property slept 10 people however the hot water system wasn’t big enough to cover everyone’s showers - often running out of hot water after four quick showers spread across the whole day.
Also the gas BBQ ran out of gas the third time we tried to use it and was told to organise the refill ourselves and we would get reimbursed - I normally don’t carry tools with me to disconnect gas bottles.
