The app is newly renovated, nicely furnitured, cosy, comfortable in an old building. The location is perfect, you can reach everything by foot. It is only 5-10 min walking from S.Charles station. There are lots of shops, bakeries and caffes around but it is not noisy. The app has everything that is necessary for comfortable stay, 3 air conditions and comfortable beds, this was excellent. The communication was ok, owners' friend waited for us to give us keys, everything was on time. Good value for money, I reccommend it!

The neighborhoud is a bit strange, especially if you are not used to see homeless people sleeping right on the street that are not clean at all. But we didnt have any bad contact or experiences. In app bags for litter were missing and some towels smelled a bit on moisture, but it didnt spoil the whole impression.

Communication with the host was excellent, emails and texts were responded to very quickly. We were met to hand over the keys as arranged. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was handily located for the rail and coach stations and walking distance to the old port. There was a choice of supermarkets, boulangeries and bars close by.

While the apartment was well equipped generally there were a couple of odd omissions such as a small saucepan, normal size wine glasses, a good corkscrew and medium sized kitchen knife.

The apartament is very cozy. The location is great. Marion was super attentive and friendly. 100% recommended!

Great location close to the station and in the heart of the city. Spacious, characterful, well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. Nice bathroom and shower. City sounds with windows open and well sound proofed when closed. A warm welcome from Marion who was always helpful. We loved this apartment.

Staff friendly and the appartement exceeded our expectations.. very well located. Metro and siting lications nearby.

The stairs are very steep and could be dangereous. Not for people with disabilities.
