Location, facilities, space in the room, owner's always available for help and guidance.

I'd suggest to take more care of the Breakfast. It was based on cereals, sweets and cookies. Not many options for salty meals. Only few slices of cheese were left in the fridge. Some juices were opened and expired. You need to do your own garbage selection.

We had an early morning flight from Alghero and this was a great place to spend the night after travelling from the south of the island. The owner was kind and helpful. It was great to have AC in the room and there were various packaged options for breakfast, which you can have at whatever time you need. The building has a nice courtyard with a few tree and some chairs. We used it to improvise a late-night aperitivo with a takeaway pizza :-) and found it to be a very pleasent place. At night you can ocassionally hear some cars passing by, otherwise the area is peaceful and quite.

Super clean! very communicative host and the breakfast was very nice and generous.

the sofa bed in our room was actually a mattress on the floor. we didn’t care too much as it was just a very short stay but we didn’t expect that.

Mauro was a wonderful host. He is well organized and takes good care of guests. He speaks english very good so communication was not a problem. At breakfast there was good food variety, actually it was the best we've had in Italy. The room was clean and he provided us with a sunshade for the beach. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. Bathroom was shared but it was clean and shower gels were provided. There is an option to use the washing machine for a small fee. Location is close to the airport and there is free public parking on the street in front of the house. We visited in high season and finding a parking spot was not a problem. For us it was excellent value for the price.

It has been a great time! The host is friendly and you can communicate good in English. He always were careful to keep everything nice and clean and also had great advices for good place to eat or travel to. But there is also a great garden, where you can eat and enjoy a calm evening. I totally fell in love with Sardinia, and this cheap B&B makes it possible to explore the island, even though you don't have that much budget.

The host is super nice and speaks perfect english. The breakfast is very nice, it even included strawberries from the garden. The location is good to reach surrounding attractions, however some driving is required.

The town itself has nothing much to do but you can easily travel to Alghero or Sassari to spend quality time.
