Palo Santo Vacation Home se trouve également sur Facebook sous "Amis de Palo Santo" et "Location de vacances à Palo Santo au Chili, en Amérique du Sud". À quelques minutes de Pucon et à proximité du quartier des lacs.
Belle maison en bois de pin d’Oegon, sur un terrain de 10 hectares avec rivière et bois. Il est niché dans les montagnes avec vue sur trois volcans, dont Villarica mais à proximité de Pucon, célèbre au Chili comme centre de vacances avec rafting, escalade, canopée, randonnée, plage, marchés artisanaux et de nombreuses autres activités, y compris vie nocturne et restaurants de qualité.
La maison se trouve à distance de marche des cascades spectaculaires et des forêts indigènes et à 10 minutes de route de la plage de sable du lac de Caburga, des thermes et d'un parc national. Il est parfait pour ceux qui aiment mêler activités de nature et détente.
La maison est ouverte avec cheminée en pierre, plusieurs ponts et endroits pour prendre le soleil, lire ou faire un barbecue. Le salon a de grandes fenêtres avec des vues qui changent chaque jour des volcans Villarica, Quetropellan et Lanin, ainsi que des montagnes luxuriantes pleines d’arbres indigènes. Il est entièrement équipé aux normes nord-américaines. Pucon a un accès aérien commercial de Santiago en été. Accès facile à l'Argentine

We just returned from Pucon and loved staying at Robert's house. The views are breathtaking and the house is very spacious and well equipped. We found it to be a nice distance from town, easily accessible but still far enough away to enjoy some quiet.

We had a fabulous family christmas at this house. Interior space and log fire (for the couple of chilly eve's) were fab. Night sky view from the deck was fantastic. View of the volcanoes was good but trees begining to obscure the view so they may need trimming. Climbed Villarica and slid down, which was fantastic fun. Surrounding area fab views and great lake swimming. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous family christmas at this house. Interior space and log fire (for the couple of chilly eve's) were fab. Night sky view from the deck was fantastic. View of the volcanoes was good but trees begining to obscure the view so they may need trimming. Climbed Villarica and slid down, which was fantastic fun. Thank you Robert for letting us use Palo Santo. We spent a week in January 2013 and have really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, extremely comfortable and with an unparalleld view. It is ideal to relax, enjoy the landscape and discover the region.
We definetely recommend it and would love to come back soon.

The house is surrounded by trees and farmland occupied by horses, sheep, goats and many birds. The setting plus the view is reason enough to visit Palo Santo. The house itself is well stocked and comfortably furnished though there were no laundry facilities on site for our visit. The home is ideal for a group though six footers will not fit in some of the beds. The kitchen has everything, the fireplace is impressive and the neighbors are hospitable. The living area and deck were especially appreciated. The nearby waterfalls were an ideal morning's worth of exploration.
Pucon is a laid back paradise of outdoor activities. If you're visiting from the US, you'll be a bit taken aback by how competent and cordial everyone is. We'll likely visit again, hopefully soon.

We rented the house for a week, and wish we could have stayed for longer, it was so nice to be there.
The Pucon / Villarrica / Caburga area has so much to offer - we did all that we could - we fished, hiked, swam, run, and ate delicious food. I loved the location of the house - closer to Caburga, in the backroads, which made it really peaceful.

The photos cannot do the setting or the home justice. It is more than what you see. Palo Santo makes you feel lucky to be where you are, regardless of what you want to do on your vacation. It also makes you feel at home--which is not always the case when on vacation. As for activities...we were there for five days and barely touched the surface of things to do in the area. Life is tough when you have to choose between treks through old growth forests or sitting on an amazing terrace entranced with the view of three volcanoes. I cannot speak more highly of Palo Santo and its owners. The whole experience and rental transaction were top notch. I hope to make it a regular vacation spot for my family when visiting Chile from the States.
