The house was spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to have their own cozy corners and spots to relax. We loved gathering in the large living area for family games and movie nights. This is a great property for a larger group. We had four couples and everyone had their own private space with plenty of room. The outdoor/pool area is perfect with a large pool and lots of seating options for everyone. The house is also very conveniently located to all of the action, but it also feels quiet and remote at the same time. This is a property we will definitely return to.

The property was perfection. It was updated and spotless. The pool was amazing. This is a great property if you have large group. 10-12 people. There are 3 separate living areas so there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk everywhere but still a block or two off Duval which kept it quiet. We would definitely return. Cindy and Susan made our experience with check-in and check-out so simple. Thank you!

We rented the Queen Conch property for a friend trip. There was 9 of us, and we had plenty of space. Perfect is the only way to describe our experience - we were close to everything, and whenever we wanted a break we spent hours in the pool. Historic Key West Rentals asssited us in renting bikes (which were delivered to the house), and communicated us all along the way. We would definitely come back again.

Exactly what we were looking for. We rented all 3 units so we have the entire complex with exclusive access to the pool. The location could not have been better. We are already looking at dates to book here again next year!

We wanted a property that could accommodate our entire family and also give privacy to our kids and their fiancés. We were celebrating a wedding and this was a perfect meeting place for the out of town guests. The pool was large and the location was ideal. This is our 42 year in Key West so we were very aware of location in Old Town, however the Queen Conch was the perfect location in proximity to the boat wedding, Duval nightlife and quiet enough to be away from it all!! Key West Bacation Temtals dies a fantastic job keeping this property pristine!!

We had a wonderful time at Queen Conch! The home was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. We had a total of nine people consisting of three couples and three kids. You would think that we’d be climbing all over ourselves but because of the spaciousness of the home and separate en suite rooms, we all had our separate spaces when we needed privacy.
The beds were awesome, some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!
The pool area was also very nice, although the pool does need some work. One of the guys staying with us is a pool service owner operator in Phoenix Arizona. He noticed some things about the pool that could use some TLC, including issues with the plaster in the pool and a leak at the pool pump. Other than that the grounds were very clean and well-kept.
The washer/ dryer are located outside in storage nooks attached to the house. This was okay, but the appliances have been exposed to the weather and show it.
We had an issue with very tiny ants, in the kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. The rental agency said they had an exterminator come by, but the ants returned on our last day their.
All in all it was a wonderful stay, despite the ants. I would recommend queen conch to anyone coming to visit Key West.

We have stayed in the property before but it is getting very tired and in need of some upgrades . A great location in the centre of Key West . The main apartment is good but the upstairs is very tired and damp .

We absolutely loved everything about the Queen Conch! We had 6 kids (age 2-12) and 5 adults. We went sightseeing in the morning and swam everyday into the night. The backyard is beautiful at dark with the tree lighting! Location is perfect and we could easily walk everywhere. Staff was very helpful for family friendly recommendations during our trip as well!

October 2021 Stay
We had a great trip! We love this house because it is in a great location and it had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Susan gave us great recommendations. We rented a pontoon slide boat with a captain and had the best day on a sandbar. Hank's Saloon was fun - great music, drinks and service! Ram's Head has excellent food! We will be back!

We stayed at the Queen Conch for my sisters bachelorette and had the BEST time! The place is adorable and in the perfect location. We definitely had enough room to hang out in the main space as well as enough space if you needed time alone. Would 100% come back and rent again!

Private Oasis in Key West
This home is AMAZING. Amazing. It houses my bachelorette party with 13 girls extremely well, but the backyard is the best part. Extremely private, huge, great sized pool, we were out there every free second we got. Seriously, you are in your own world back there, then you walk a block and you are in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Duval St. Amazing, amazing, amazing vacation home. 10/10 recommend!!

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, with a beautiful heated pool surrounded by private lush landscaping. August 2020 Stay
Absolutely amazing! There were 12 of us in our group but the house could have comfortably slept 14. Location is perfect, just a short walk from Duval St. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was probably our favorite part. There are lots of trees and plants surrounding the pool so it gives you a lot of privacy. I would definitely stay here again! The staff at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was so helpful and attentive starting the first day after booking and continuing through the last day of the trip. Such a wonderful experience!

Great Place For a Bachelor Party
9 guys stayed for 4 days. Walking distance to Duval street. We had an amazing time. Backyard is an incredible entertainment area. House is immaculate. Cindy was incredible! Answering any questions we had by text in minutes. HKWVR are amazing people to work with. Would recommend this location to anyone. Any age group. Looking to have a good time.

This was an ideal property for our group. The location was prime, as we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do in Key West. The property managers were quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating.

We rented the entire Conch house. it was perfect for our bachelor party! Only real downside was the fact that there isn't a common bathroom in the downstairs unit. Aside from that it's a perfect short walk to Duval and all other attractions. All the dudes loved the place! Would stay again with a large group!

We have four couples and rented the entire house which included the second floor units. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space, loved the pool (has a gas grill which we used), the rental company were very responsive and willing to help with anything. The two units on the second floor are like mini apartments, complete with a living area and kitchen. The location is also perfect. Very close to the action yet not all the noise and crowds. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!
