Bienvenue à Maree by the Sea. Cette maison côtière chic avec vue sur la plage est située dans le lotissement souhaitable de Pirates Beach.

The house was really laid out well, plus it had all the features you could want. Two decks, the beds were great, the wall of windows were great for when we were inside, the amount of seating inside and the large table were all appreciated. It was so nice to walk from the driveway to the beach in just a matter of steps! I highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed it here a lot, was not to far from the main drag but far enough away where we felt secluded and like we had the beach to ourselves. 10/10. Only downside was I would say was we couldn’t sweep up each day of I try and limit any crumbs or issues from having a toddler with us.

We got more then we expected in this beautiful property located in a safe neighborhood with a private beach just 50 yards from the house. Well furnished and super clean. Highly recommend this VRBO. Love the two patio decks: one on the east side to watch the sunrise over the ocean and the other patio on the west side to watch the sunset. Great view of the beach and bay. Quiet neighborhood with houses pretty far apart. Family really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to coming back next spring.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, stocked with essentials (enough for our 4 night stay), and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the location! So close to the beach! It was such a short walk to set-up shade tents and haul the chairs out to the sand. We had a very relaxing vacay and would book again.

Exceptional Stay
The beach house is very neat and clean with great views of the Gulf/beach. The house is laid out well with 2 bedrooms located on each side of the kitchen and living room, which is perfect for families. The house is neatly tucked within a nice subdivision but the location is still very close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Management was prompt and available with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location, no frills
Had a great stay, cannot beat the beach location! Everything was as advertised and went smoothly. Only complaint is the bare bones nature of everything provided. Toiletries/paper towels/trash bags/etc were the absolute minimum required (including measured out detergent/soap in ziplocs). It's a business, and we get that! Just didn't give much of a welcome or hospitality feel.

Beautiful Home
Great vacation home! Beautiful views! Home was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beds were extremely comfy. Location was perfect, would 100% stay here again!

Great beach view
This house was perfect for our family. The adults had king beds and the grandkids loved the room with bunk beds. So close to the beach and the front and back patios provided beach views. The hot water at the outdoor shower was much appreciated. The kids just rinsed off and or took their showers there and saved the adults time later! Neighborhood was very nice. We picked a great house to enjoy for spring break.

Very nice, would rent again
Very nice rental, right on the beach, plenty of room and in the middle of the island. The only "negative" is there are no bath tubs, so it was hard to bath our toddler. Other than that, great place and location, would rent it again.

My only concern was with the inability to operate the TV. Normally I would t care but the World Series was on snd we wanted to see the games. There were no instructions. Small worry. The place was wonderful

Amazing Views!
Location! Location! Location!
Our family stayed for a week. Relaxed enough to forget what day it was. Gary Green Management supplied all we needed a pac-n-play, highchair, & baby gate for our granddaughter. Location was close enough to the attractions yet not in the middle of all the traffic. Great time! Memories were made!

Great location, steps to the beach.
The check in process was quick and simple. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. Both outdoor deck areas have great views of the ocean. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would be nice to have a propane grill. The house is close enough to town to drive in to restaurants and bars but far enough out to not get the big crowds. Would definitely rent here again.

Texas virgin
This was our family’s first time in Texas and we loved every minute. Easy flight in, quick drive to our beautiful beach house in Galveston and steps to the beautiful beach in Galveston. We practically had our own private beach at Pirates Beach and the house was really just steps away. We swam daily and made quick easy trips to Galveston favorite spots such as Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens to see the aquarium and rainforest and local restaurants. Local needs such as Walmart or a grocery store were less then 5 miles away. The property provided every amenity including a grill, beach chairs, beach blankets and a family sized tent for shade from the hot Texas sun! The house also came with dishes and pots of all sizes to help make a family meal with ease. Great updated appliances, showers and great water pressure. The two decks each face the water which provided you an awesome sunrise or sunset view. We took advantage of all there was to offer daily. We will definitely be back!

Great House on the Beach!
This house was great--the location couldn't be beat, just steps from the beach. The views were great and house was clean. The only negative was that the two back rooms got very hot at night. There are fans provided, which helped but still made sleeping uncomfortable in those two rooms. Overall, great trip!

Great beach house, great location and house set up. Just like listing. Only complaint would be AC#2 on right side of house didn't really keep second half of house cool, back 2 rooms were hot. Everything else was absolutely great, very nice rental

Seaside Escape
The location of this Maree by the Sea was excellent. Everyday we enjoyed walking over to the nearby beach and relaxing. Everything that we felt was needed was there at the property. Our family enjoyed the sounds of the ocean while dining on the patio decks. We made some great memories here and we look forward to making some more in the coming years.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and had a huge open living/kitchen area. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The views from both balconies were spectacular and the beach was just steps away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Spot
Location to beach was fabulous! House size was perfect for 3 adult couples. Fabulous views!
2 negatives:
1. The outdoor furniture was extremely uncomfortable.
2. Had to sleep with bedroom doors open or rooms would get VERY warm at night.
Would be nice to have seating under deck by grill. Really wanted a swing.

Short family vacation
The property was everything that was promised in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the opportunity comes up in the future. It would have been nice if there was a propane grill included in the rental instead of the charcoal grill. All in all I still give the home 5 stars!

Excellent location & beautiful home!
Just what we needed as a family gathering to get away from Houston. The house was family friendly for our 2 and 4 year old (they had a pack n play, children’s books, games, and DVDs). The short walk to the beach made it so easy! We loved this home and will definitely come back.
