We really like our stay here. The house is well updated and all the things provided were in good condition. The area was quiet and spacious. It was at the end unit that is close to a kid friendly pool. Most amenities were provided for our week long stay. Parking can be tight. We had to use extra care going in/out with our van.
Management was responsive to our questions and needs. Plenty of beach accessories were left behind for us to use. Overall, we would recommend this place to others and would like return here in the future.

We stayed at this property during our trip to the big island to visit family. It was a great unit for our small family, and worked out well for us. The unit was well equipped with supplies for the kitchen, pool, and beach.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a 2bed/2bath condo. Pools on the complex are nice and the condo comes with 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. They should add one more beach chair….

The condo was clean, property manager was very communicative and for a family of 5 it worked really well. The pool was a bit cool (some would say refreshing) but overall it is a good unit in a good development.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 with a great location on the island. We enjoyed all of the beaches within 10 miles and loved having Queens and King Market close by for coffee, food, and treats. The condo is beautifully updated with a very clean and fresh feel. Having chairs, umbrella, and various beach toys available along with a stocked kitchen sure makes traveling easier. Thank you for a great week!

Incredible remodeled place! Very clean and stocked with supplies and beach items. Grocery store and shopping village close, lots of walking paths. Pool is nice! Great location, just note you do have to drive to any nearby beach which is totally fine and there is not a BBQ right out back there is one at the pool. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, the home was beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out were super easy. We especially appreciated the beach items that were available in the garage. A great experience in every way.

This property provided such a comfortable stay for my family. There were pool toys, beach chairs, towels, available to use with an umbrella, so that was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The pool was close by, I was able to bbq by the pool too. Thank you for a great stay!

They’ve updated the place and location is perfect. We’ve stayed here several times and the owners were great about moving our stay in response to the Covid restrictions. This stay was originally scheduled for April 2020 and we were finally able to take advantage of it for Xmas/New Years 2021.
Would book again.

Great spot
Great location, but only minor issue is it’s a condo (not a resort) as is posted everywhere, pool, etc. We wish the pool area was open before 8am. And the neighbor, the “retired judge/attorney” at 2704, was extremely rude and reminded us that we were “renters and she’s an owner.” Other neighbors said she was a “pistol” and unpleasant to most people so we were reassured it wasn’t just us. Other than that, place was perfect and clean!

It was in a great location close to Hapuna Beach which we went to often. It's true that the swimming pools are way too cold and that there is only one hot tub which was not at the pool close to our unit. That would be our only complaint. Otherwise everything was just great. For future guests to know there are no tennis rackets or boogie boards in the unit you will have to bring your own or rent.

Nice place as advertised
I thought the place was quite nice. It had a small garage, which was helpful to keep the car out of the sun, and we didn't need to search for the hard to come bye unassigned parking spots. The place was as advertised, included a washer and dryer, which we only used to wash beach towels. Overall, a nice place to stay, though a bit remote.

Very lovely accomodations and great location.
Other than several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed we have nothing but complimentary words to say about our villa. It really felt like our home away from home. It slept four comfortably. Sofa sleeper was quite uncomfortable but my family made it work. We were there during a time when considerable work was being done on the lava rocks by our villa which created a great deal of early morning noise but we realize this is probably not a usual occurrence. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on the Big Island!

Clean, well-stocked condo in a great location
The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Condo was spacious and nicely appointed. The landscaping within the complex was extremely well-tended as well as the entire surrounding area. Great location with easy access to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and gas. The unit is not on the ocean, but we took a 15 minute walk almost every evening to Buddha Point to view the ocean sunset. The beautiful pool is a very short walk away. Restaurants are expensive. We got in a pattern of breakfast in, lunch out, and grabbing prepared food at Queens Market for dinner. Probably the best beach on the island, Hapuna Beach, is only a 15 minute drive to the north. If we return, we would definitely choose this unit again.

This is our third stay in Colony Villas and we enjoyed it just as much. This unit has everything a family or a business traveller needs. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and very well located. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The vacation rental service was superb. We had some initial problems with the Wi-Fi and they immediately came and fixed it. We look forward to yet another enjoyable stay at the Colony in beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort.

This was a 10 day business trip. This unit had everything you'd find at home, a well-equipped kitchen, extra bath and beach towels, laundry detergents, dish liquid detergent and many more. Truthfully - don't purchase anything until you see what's in the unit. This unit was very quiet even when the wind was blowing hard. The A/C cooled the place down quickly upon returning after work. It had all the beach equipment in the garage that was available to use. I gave this unit a 4 star because I think the floors was overlooked during the last cleaning sessions as I had to sweep and vacuum as I don't like dirty floors. Head to the Waikoloa Village about 10 minutes inland for a better priced grocery store.

We stayed here for a week and found it perfect for us. 1 minute walk to the pool. A garage which was a plus. Very spacious. Staying at a place like this is so much better than a hotel, in our opinion. Felt like being at home rather than in a massive hotel, like the nearby Hilton. Would recommend this place to anyone who was going to Waikoloa.
