Not much to say. We could have used a broom and a mop for those little spills of everyday life.

Lovely little flat in beautifully renovated building. Bright and very clean. Nicely furnished. Really good location and excellent value for money. Lovely host, Helena, who looked after us really well. Highly recommend this place.

Salt and pepper and having the local information in English would be a bonus (we used Google translate) but it really was lovely.

Great location, right at beginning of the city., and few steps from restaurants, bars, etc.. Beautiful, clean apartment in a beautiful building, with all the amenities you need and with balconies with views to the piazza. Great and friendly host, Floriana, was very professional, made us feel welcomed, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to see the city and it surroundings.

There is nothing not to like about this place. We had a great time there and will definitely recommend it.

Located 2 min away from the center of Modica, the apartment was very clean,, lovely furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your meal. We found welcome traditional Modica chocolate, cookies, and a bottle of water. The jars were full of coffee &sugar. The room was warm and cozy, The apartment was exactly like in the picture of the booking. Supermarket, coffee shops very close. We had breakfast just down the street, good and fresh in every morning, without strict timing. Floriana speaks very good English and she knows her job, she was very kind and helpful, send us the time schedule for train and buses. Once more Thank you Floriana!!

Excellent lodging throughout. Spotlessly clean, modern lighting and modern furniture, location couldn't be better and Floriana, the host was very caring and helpful for the whole duration of our holiday.
