Spanish Key est l'un des plus beaux développements du front de golfe de la région. Le développement de condos se trouve le long de 500 'de plages de golfe de sucre blanc menant aux eaux turquoise du golfe scintillantes!

Les chambres ont chacune accès à une salle de bain. Vous trouverez un lit king size et salle de bain privée dans la chambre d'hôtes 1 et deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'hôtes 3 avec accès à une baignoire juste à l'extérieur de la porte de la chambre.

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!!
This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed.
The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.

This condo was perfect for our annual teacher beach trip. It had the perfect amount of space for us. We loved it.

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.

Loved the condo, great location and loved the amenities. Only recommendation, add new pictures since the furniture upgrade, the are so much prettier. And add that there is a keurig too!!

Fantastic long weekend trip with friends. The condo was as advertised. Everything we needed was there and worked great. The location is fantastic. Great views of the beach and minutes from the Florabama. Will definitely try and use this condo again.

While parking was an issue for 1 day, it was 4th of July weekend, the condo was really perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Perdido Key continues to be one of the most beautiful big sand beaches with clear water in the U.S. while also being one of the most quiet and calm villages along the Gulf. Only wish I could have permanent moved in.

We enjoyed the beach and amenities, sauna, indoor pool and exercise room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

This was a pretty good condo. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The couch and master bed were comfy, the master bed sheets were great. The pillows were all very firm so take your own if you like soft ones. The balcony is small for 6 people but doable. The bar and ice machine were really great.

The condo was very clean, well decorated and equipped. The beds were comfy and master bath was great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sun peak around the building. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided clear directions and expectations. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was very clean and had gorgeous views of the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants with easy access to the beach. My only complaint was little things like WIFI wasn't working and construction on the property had the fitness room and indoor pool closed. One of the elevators was not working which was a little difficult upon checkout. The parking lot is tight especially if you drive a bigger truck. That one was probably my biggest complaint. Had a hard time getting out of parking space. Other than that, it was so nice and relaxing!!

The room and location of the facility was great. We really enjoyed how the beach was not crowded and walking distance to Flor-Bama. We really enjoyed our time but we won’t be renting here again due to the stalking security!! We understand the non smoking policy and respect it but to place the 1 smoking area in the dogs bathroom isn’t very appealing, also when you can’t smoke some us a vape as an alternative which is also not accepted. The security guards would follow you around the grounds in a stalking manner to the extent of sitting and waiting for us to complete our family pictures to make sure we returned to our room to retrieve our wristbands. We understand the importance of security but this was a little much!

Nice Condo. Difficult Communication
This condo has perfect proximity to the beach and a very nice pool area. The medium sized building keeps the beach from being as crowded as the taller buildings are. The biggest drawback is the communication with the management company. Emails are not returned at all. We were finally given a number to text and/or call when they were asking for the final payment. The phone number was answered during business hours. We were told that there were not beach chairs and umbrellas to rent, so we purchased 2 canopies and chairs to bring along. As it turned out, there was a rental company that serviced the property. We were promised 2 parking spots, but there are not enough spots available. There is overflow parking across the street, but we did not have the gate code. Because the number was not answered on the weekend and our text was not returned, we were left driving around with no parking - dinner for six in the car. It was pretty frustrating.

We stayed in condo 308 which was excellent. The beach was awesome. The parking was not so good. Will not go in to details because you all know there is not enough parking for the amount of units they have available.

Not at all worth the money and felt like we were lied too.
Couldn't get in room due to wrong code. No one told us the building was under maintenance (and I mean a complete overhaul) Had scaffolding in front of and beside the unit and in our face on the balcony ALL week including Sunday.! All furniture was shabby and said it slept 8. Maybe 4 adults and 4 kids.. Kitchen was poorly furnished. Bath had on stopper in one and too slick to stand up in other. No grab bars or anything. I have a VRBO and I would be ashamed of this property. I really feel we should get at lease a partial refund but I know we won't. Just don't fall into the same trap we did.

Place nice. Too many inconveniences during stay.
Disappointed with having to remove the balcony furniture 3 days of our 5 day stay. I understand they are painting but huge inconvenience that we weren’t able to use our balcony most of the visit. Plus parking was horrible with all the equipment taking up nearly half the spots. Our van got dinged. We were told about overflow parking but could never find it. The number we texted was not helpful-they couldn’t tell us where it was. Second trip to Spanish Key, but with all the headaches and inconveniences, probably our last at this establishment.

Crystal Beach Volleyball Weekend
This property was wonderful. We booked it the day before our trip and everything went smoothly. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Gulf views are beautiful. The property management did a great job communicating everything we needed to know for our stay. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Spanish Key getaway
Spent the Labor Day weekend here - overall, the property is beautiful, easy to navigate and well suited to a nice vacation. The management was super-easy to work with. The development is a showing a little age, but the condo was nice, except for some typical wear and tear items. We would rent here again.

The condo was larger than expected. Plenty of room for our group. I can’t compliment the property management company enough. This was the easiest check in I’ve ever experienced. They were very responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond helping us recover a few items that were left behind after checking out. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful friend and family vacation at this condo! There was a big group of us and there was more than enough space! We enjoyed being on the beach and close to all of the restaurants—a 5 minute walk on the beach to Florabama. The pool was nice and the management team was there daily to clean the grounds. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location!
The owners of this property have thought of everything from stocking the kitchen to games for children. The atmosphere is perfect. We experienced a little frustration with minor bumps at first but the 24/7 text service tried to help. I am amazed with the efforts of the community to recover from the last hurricane. This still brings great stress to the managers and maintenance crews. We would return in a heartbeat!
