This was our 3rd time coming to this house and we have really enjoyed it. Great place for the kids to have fun with the pool and a lot of space inside. The rooms are at one end of the house and the living spaces at the other end so that is nice for the evenings when kids are asleep the adults can still hang out and not wake the kids. Big enough table to fit 16 is really nice. We hope we will be back.

This property was absolutely amazing. If you are looking to have a fun, family stay this is the place. The pool is heated and has an automatic cover that helped us feel safer for our kids. The in ground trampoline was so cool. We were lucky to see the cows being herded into a new field. The garden is stunning and well kept. The layout of the home makes you feel like you can retreat to your room but be together for family meals. You can tell that the pool was built to be seen in each room. We walked over to the meat store and we were warmly greeted by the lady running it and let us drive in the back to see the cows and chickens. If you’re looking for a special country getaway this is the best place!! Thank you Kelli and family.

Our family was in town for a wedding. We had a large, active group, so we needed space and things to do. The Ranch was perfect for us. We could have our own space away from each other, gather for family meals, and also play pickleball, swim, play cornhole, etc. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

So many amenities. Basketball court pickleball court. Ping pong trampoline, pool table. Kids had a blast. Family place for sure. There was even a grand piano. Table for 16. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hostess was easy to reach and very helpful.

My family of 5 stayed for 5 nights at The Ranch. We were looking for an accommodation with a private pool but were sold in the unique location. It was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and all the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. My kids loved the large pool, trampoline and pool table. The property, with a large beautifully landscaped yard and lake view was stunning. However, what we loved most was the farm animals. They made for such a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again for a wonderful family vacation.

We love this home! It is spacious and was very well laid out for our two families. The living room is large and the pool was amazing. It was so fun to have the cattle so close by. The property is outside the city but not too far. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property for families and small groups. There was ample space for everyone. The outdoor area and pool are well maintained. The pool is fantastic. The setting is very peaceful with views of the surrounding hills and lake. While out in the country, you are still close to so many restaurants and stores. This is a special home, and you can tell that it was special for the owners family for generations. The owners were great to work with and very attentive. We would definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved staying at this lovely home! The pool and pickleball court and beautiful yard were so beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating by the pool. We used the outdoor fire pit one night to roast marshmallows together. Love, love the big windows along the back where those who are inside can see all the fun happening outside. We also loved the large table inside to eat together and the large gathering area to sit and relax. Watching the Fourth of July fireworks in the valley was unbelievable from this view. We will definitely be back!!

The Ranch, as it is called, was perfect for our family of six who enjoyed spending Christmas there. The backyard view is beautiful with scenery including Lake Lowell, trees, sheep, and wildlife. Especially birds and a large family of quail passing through daily. The home is cozy with a welcoming feel along with everything you could need - including comfortable bedding. We will definitely be returning!

This is a great property for a large family gathering. We had 11 people and all slept comfortably. With the large back yard and pool, trampoline & pickle ball court there was plenty of outdoor activity for the kids. The pool table and ping pong table were also fun. We've done 5 or 6 family VRBO's and this was the best! Very pleased!.

This property is not just another VRBO…this place is a home! From the moment you enter you can hear and feel the generations of laughter, conversations and traditions that fill the rooms! We spent most if our time in the pool! The outdoor space is so pretty, too and we made memories with our S'mores. So great to have our own space. The dining table fit all of us and the living space is huge. So relaxing! We did not feel trended to go anywhere else.!

We had a wonderful time! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the pool toys. Cot hole was a bonus also! The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and work with and they answered all of our questions. For sure a place we would stay again!

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The size of the home and property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Lots of space and plenty of recreational activities available for the entire family to do. So much fun. We all had a great time!!! And will definitely stay there again. This place has everything!
Five adults, one teenager and one 9-year-old all stayed for one week at this fabulous place. The large pool was a big hit with the kids and adults especially those who like to swim laps. There were plenty of lounge chairs and shade if you wanted to get out of the sun. The pool table was also a big hit with the kids as well as the adults and we played lots of pool. There is a ping pong table in the garage and we all played games. The biggest hit was the pickleball court. Two of us had played for a couple of years and the other three adults had never played but picked it up very quickly. The 9-year-old had never played but got some really good shots in. The 14-year-old picked it up quickly and became pretty darn good in a couple of games. A couple of the guys went fishing several times and brought back dinner once. The last day we had a pickleball tournament which was great fun and a perfect way to end a perfect week. Kelli was a great host and responded quickly. The family is still talking about what a wonderful time we had at The Ranch. We would definitely like to return.

Lovely home for a larger group
This was just a fantastic gathering spot. I loved the large dining table that fit our whole group and a massive living room so we could all hang out together. So much to do on the property but we had a busy schedule and didn’t spend as much time at the house as we would have liked. Guys loved the billiard table, ping pong, game room, and corn hole! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, as well. Check in and check out was a breeze. Made a lot of great memories. Would definitely recommend!

Another Great Stay
I host a weekend hunting retreat and we use the RANCH as our command center. It's an perfect place for us to have meals together and fellowship in the living room.
We don't use the outdoor activities cause it's the middle of Winter.
Kelli is great at communication and accommodating some special requests.
We plan to return for years to come.

Great stat at the ranch
We had an awesome time at this house. Our group was 8 kids 8 adults (some kids slept on the floor or air beds) and the house was big enough to accommodate all of us. This home has an endless list of things to do. We all loved the pool and diving board, the kids loved the trampoline and the cute ponies, sheep, chickens and cows nearby. The pickleball court was fun too. The kitchen is well stocked for the most part and there are a ton of board games and yard games. communication with the owners was great. Perfect gathering place
We rent a this home for our small (12 of us) family reunion. It was SO perfect for what we needed. Lots of space so we never felt cramped. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time on the pickleball court as well. We played pool and ping pong and the kids could rest and watch a movie after being worn out from playing! The huge table had plenty of room for all of us to sit together which we’ve never had and was so nice! Overall it was the perfect stay and we already booked for next year!

A little slice of heaven
This was our second time booking this house and it was just as good as the last. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed to relax, unwind and reconnect. The bedrooms are spacious and provide privacy from the rest of the house. The early birds could enjoy the living areas without disturbing those that needed a little more sleep. The pool is just awesome and there are plenty of lawn games as well as indoor board games to keep everyone entertained. The hosts are easy to work with and are super quick to respond. We’re already making plans for the next time.

Home 1960’s circa and very comfortable! We all loved the pool the inground trampoline set the white Spences of lawns the beautiful gardens and billiard table. Hosts were immediately responsive. Also we loved the farm setting and definitely recommend ordering the beef. Air conditioning appreciated. Thank you Bob and Kelly. The only think you might add.. possibly we missed, would be some baggies and or Saran Wrap

Fabulous getaway!
Three families visiting Idaho to check out the area, colleges, retirement opportunities, wine region. This home was absolutely perfect! We felt like we won the VRBO lottery! Plenty of space for the three couples, teenage girls who took the downstairs room to sleep in late and the kids who all bunked together in the den. The large table for all of us to eat dinner, the view from the front and back windows, the pool overlooking the lake, the Shetland ponies, the pickleball court, the basketball hoop, the trampoline! We had so much to do and never really wanted to leave the house. The owners were responsive and wonderful! We would buy it if we could but were so blessed to stay in this beautiful family ranch. We will be back Idaho...
