The Quality of the hotel, level of the staff, the food, the gym, everything is on the outstanding level compare to the rest hotels accept parking and accessibility

The first time you visit the hotel, you will have trouble finding the entrance to the hotel car park. If you ask for or find parking, you have to get to the entrance to the garage, but there is only one road under the bridge, where there is two-way traffic and an endless line of vehicles parked on the side. When you get to the barrier, you're not guaranteed to get into the garage, and if you get into the garage and you're unlucky, it's very difficult to park with a regular passenger car. Everything is small. Also, if you go through the garage to the elevator, it takes forever for the elevator to arrive (when I was in Singapore, I waited less time for the elevator in a 30-story hotel). When you drive away from the hotel in the morning, you have to avoid oncoming traffic, it is extremely inconvenient.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Gute Ausstattung. Im Flur Teppich verlegt und damit hört man im Zimmer keine Laufgeräusche was sehr angenehm ist.

Die linke Seite des Bettes ist schon recht dicht an der Wand hier hat man nicht viel Platz um aus oder ins Bett zu kommen.

Bardzo czysto, w pokoju deska do prasowania z żelazkiem, czajnik, zestaw herbaty i kawy, woda. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór (córka szczęśliwa z możliwości zrobienia samodzielnie gofrów). Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Polecam serdecznie.

Excellent service. Very kind staff. The location is perfect. Breakfast was top notch.

The hair dryer was disappointing. The hair dryer worked, but only blew cold air. Slippers and a robe, which are usually found in Hilton hotels, were also missing.

A nice new hotel in te quite area of Oswiecim. There is an amazing baby playing area nearby, they have an underground garage as well. Staff was ok, too.

There was still some construction around, so now the area is a bit industrial. But it will end one day.

The building is new, with all the conforts, parking directly connected to the rooms by elevator, rooms very very nice and clean, bed so comfortable, breakfast very good, personel so kind. Perfect!

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast variety which was included in our stay. The car parking facilities were extremely secure aswell so peace of mind was apparent especially when using a hire car during our trip.

I stayed 2 nights. It is a new hotel with modern architecture. The staff are friendly and they have a tasty and varied breakfast. It is very clean and is located in a good area, close to the city center and the huge park. Although we were not paying attention and thought it had 4 stars, we were not disappointed.

They did not have slippers for the room, reasoning that it is only a 3-star hotel.
