Perfect clean, small, but very elegant apartment.

Location - too much of a walk into the town centre / beach there and back with 3 young children. We felt like it was advertised as being closer to town centre and beach in terms of walking distance.

High spec apartments, cleaned to a high standard. The hosts had thought of everything re: toiletries in the bathroom and equipment in the kitchen. Access to the property was very easy with key codes. The beds were very comfortable and the towels high thread. The property was spacious, had good cupboard space and had a lot of light - black out blinds in the bedrooms kept the light out when required. Every apartment had an off-road parking space which was handy. Location was a short walk into Broadstairs and Viking Bay and an easy cycle to some of the other bays of Broadstairs.

Property wasn't ready on arrival - we turned up at 3pm exactly as we were planning to leave our bags before a reservation in Broadstairs at 3.30pm. There had been some mix up and the property was still being cleaned - luckily we had the reservation and somewhere to go - the hosts apologised with wine. There was noise from the TVs in the other apartments - on one night into the early hours. Otherwise the surrounds are very quiet.

we were so impressed with Loft 5, such a lovely clean space, all facilities provided, felt instantly at home. so much so I extended my stay by a night - didn't want to leave!

it was a shame it was a good 15/20 mins walk from the beach but - actually not the worst, to wander back after a day at the beach to a quiet leafy space.

Couldnt of asked for a better place to stay. Everything has been thought of. Garden games, bbq area Beautiful apartment Not too far of a walk to the beach

Great apartment. Clean and modern with lots of space. Very comfortable, fresh tea and coffee was very welcome and a quiet nights sleep. Would come again for sure.
