Double bed is 1 Bed 1 sofabed. never experienced this before. sofabed absolutely uncomfortable. You can see the building is in need of a renovation or upkeep. Never experienced a Divi hotel like this.

Location was gorgeous, the options of a couple of pools with two small children was great, and staff were so friendly.

bar prices expensive compared to other local prices. hotel does not make enough of its bar facility especially the beach bar.

A nice property and split in two by a road from the main hotel to the restaurant and beach.

Alas on my first day after breakfast, which overlooks the beach, I wandered onto the beach for 10 minutes to sit and consider the day ahead. I left my shoes on the deck by the bar and a short time later they had gone. This beach is at a dead end and the next public access in around 250+ metres away so it should be secure. I asked the staff if my shoes had been moved and unfortunately all the responses were vague and uncaring. There is a security presence but this involves a couple of people sitting in a hut chatting to their friends and scrolling Facebook.Their ability to police this place is woefully inadequate. There are cameras but these seem to only be monitoring the staff at the bar and front desk. So if you visit here be very security conscious. It is interesting that there are no owner/management responses to any reviews. Make what you will of that.

Held hostage due to hotel lieing saying they changed dates and let me stay 4 nights to charge me $600 more?Been here 3 hours with my young daughters and cannot leave might miss flight.

Never received my security deposit despite leaving the place in impeccable condition.

All of their restaurants were CLOSED. We were not informed of this until we called to ask for breakfast the morning after we checked in. Wanda at the front desk (who was PHENOMENAL) had someone pick it up for us but it was extremely cold and dissatisfying.

No updated information on the tv channel. It was showing all the amenities that the hotel wasn’t offering at this time. Rooms also are niceish but could be very nice if updated.
