Staff not able to understand or speak English

Usually avoid this type of hotel on my trips, but booked here because it was handy, and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff and parking for the bike right outside the door. Will be using this and other Campanile's on future tours.

Staff was helpful. the room was clean enough, very basic commodities. not a lot going for it though as most of the experience was horrible.

The experience was awful, and the most traumatic i ever had on holiday. I would never return to this hotel. Guest in the hotel were drunks and what appears to be social logers. It was impossible to sleep until early hours in the morning due to noise and messing around of the guests right outside my door. And again got woken up at 6am by a couple arguing terribly. There was disregarded McDonals meals on the floor, alcohol bottles on the grass and by room doors. Considering this hotel is quite isolated and i was alone with my daughter, I did not feel safe at all, rather i felt very vulnerable and so intimidated that i had to leave the hotel after the first night and book somewhere else. Knowing that my car could be broken into was an added scare (as seen later on google reviews). I thought i could book safely on bookings.com, well think again... next time i'll have to double check all reviews

- The room smelt like cat pee. - My bed had cat hairs in. - I had idiots making noise outside my room both nights at 2am and they were knocking on my door and running off in the middle of the night. - There was no staff to be seen to raise the issues with. Absolutely terrible stay.

Location was good for our need, peaceful in mid-July.

In our room, plumbing was not in order. Some black dirt, like powder came with water and stained the sink and toilet. It didn't feel very clean or safe to drink. Also the air conditioning was not very powerful, but it was very noisy!

The bed was very comfortable this was the only good thing from this nightmare.

miss leading location,the only way to leave the property was by taxi and then if you could get one.There we’re no facilities to entertain you when you could not get a taxi.There not a number low enough to describe this venue you need your own transportation to stay here and that would only be if nothing was available anywhere else this should never be on this website.☹️☹️☹️

- gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and informative - rooms were okay and served a purpose for the weekend - free wifi - breakfast was reasonable - emailed ahead of time to ask for travel options as we were aware it was quite remote - helpfully sent over links to train for Toulouse and local bus website. for future guests from the UK it may be helpful to provide a few more details as the website is all in French and took us a while to work out which route we needed and the closest stop (Route D).

- air conditioning didn’t work, rooms were so hot at night and this was only in April - no lift and a very narrow spiral staircase to get suitcases up to the first floor was not ideal, no help offered in this regard. - very noisy when other guests arrive in the middle of the night - didn’t feel the most secure, door frame did not look secure and no safe for valuables, motel style so did feel a bit exposed - the main issue we had was the unhelpful attitude of the staff on the Monday when we checked out - it was bank holiday so the buses weren’t running (despite the schedule saying they were - we did check that!) and we couldn’t get hold of taxis. there was another English guest waiting for the bus with us who had a flight to catch and when we went back to the hotel to seek their assistance they tried to ring for a taxi, said none were available and then told us to have a nice day!! this poor guest was freaking out about missing her flight and they just didn’t care, left us all to the 40+ minute walk with all our suitcases and luggage. Left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth at the end of the weekend

Firm bed

Room was not cleaned even once during the 3 night stay, and I had to go to the reception building and request towels every morning. Room was also unbearably warm, and the AC unit on the wall did nothing but make a loud noise. Quality and choice of food in the restaurant was poor and no access to any options outside of set meal times. About 3km for town but no working public or taxi transport to get you anywhere. On our last day when we asked the hotel for help getting to the train station with luggage we were told “no taxis today, but have a nice day!”. I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about this hotel stay, and it certainly was not worth what we paid for it.

I really enjoyed the communication with the girl who works at the reception. She's just super. And very nice to communicate with and just very nice. She is very, very beautiful.

Beds are very hard, but the main problem is noise. You can hear everything from people talking in the car park to lorries loading at 4am in the morning in the yard opposite
