Es war alles einfach super!

Mooie ligging, 20 a 25 min van centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, prima bedden en goed ontbijt. Parkeren onder hotel ook prima.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen - ideal zu empfehlen, wenn man zu einem Konzert in die Mitsubishi Electric Hall geht und übernachten möchte. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig.

Die Zimmertemperatur war recht hoch. Die Kühlung hat nur bedingt funktioniert wie man es sich gewünscht hätte. Moderner/Zeitgemäßer wäre es zudem gewesen, wenn es einzelne Duschkabine gegeben hätte, anstatt eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Das hatte etwas Alterscharme.

Tiefgarage

Het uiterlijk en de locatie waren optimaal. Ook het parkeren was perfect.

Helaas 2x de verkeerde kamer gekregen. 3 persoonskamer met 3 bedden werd eigenlijk 2 bedden

Super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Top Lage, wenn man zu Gericht muss. Tiefgarage ist ein echtes Plus in der Lage.

Zimmer benötigen eine Renovierung.

Close to train station, staff great, got a room on the top floor, which is always good! Everything was great. It's a pretty, modern, comfortable hotel, with a good bar.

Pillows a bit too big and lumpy. Area is a little downtrodden, but not dangerous. Surrounding dinner options a bit limited, but nothing to do with the hotel.

Room, breakfast and location are really convenient. The hotel is an easy to spot landmark, both from google maps and in person on locaion. It's close to train station too.

I am not impressed with wifi security. The login and password are really bad, I didn't use it due to security concerns.

Clean.

There are always people smoking in the entrance. You have to walk through to get in and out. If you're waiting for a taxi in the rain there is nowhere else to stand. No coffee available on the mornng. Full breakfast or nothing.

The staff was very friendly

Very helpful staff. Correct hotel and correct pricing. In the middle of the centre with easy parking.

When booking back in February we were promised per booking.com mail that we would be able to check-in at 12am. When confirming with the hotel before arrival and again at arrival this seemed an issue. Staff solved it however.

Felippe was extremely helpful with my late checkout. He was extremely courteous and polite.

The lady that checked me in was not friendly or courteous at all. Her body language and attitude was negative. I paid upon arrival, there was an overall air of skeptism around it all. I have travelled the world and stayed in multiple hotels due to the nature of my job. This was amongst the most negative experiences I have encountered. I initially stayed at the hotel upon my initial arrival in germany & loved it. ALL the staff at that time and AFTER this check in encounter on 18th July 2023 have been positive. I was strangely placed on the 7th Floor, whereby a friend that booked AFTER me was placed on the 4th floor. A mute point, however, adds to the negative experience I encountered, which was a shame. Subconcious bias is all I can put it to. Anything other than that I don't want to begin to entertain

The hotel was very clean, Bar was good, Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was not worth €21 per day, when trying to book another stay in September, the price has jumped from £150 for 3 nights to £514.

Nice room, location and everything

It was very close to the metro station even you can walk to the city center in 30 mins by walking. The rooms were big enough to fit in with two kids. Breakfast was awesome!

There is nothing.

I really like the experience, hotel is very quiet staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar service was amazing and breakfast was also so good.

The daily cleaning of the room it's not on time, I left my room in the Morning and coming back afternoon but still didn't prepare it.
