The bed was comfortable, the location was solid, and the breakfast was actually really nice!

Just as another google maps review said, there was indeed an insect (silverfish) underneath the towel in the shower (and on the floor of the breakfast area). The blanket had some suspicious spots on one end. My room was a bit rundown, and there was an old almost musty smell in the air.

Location is great, few steps from the ski lift. parking free and easily accessible. Also ski renting at a walking distance. Breakfast is ok and modest.

WIFI connection is terrible and not working on first floor and not even a weak connection. and when you inform the staff they don't do anything, i stayed 3 days with no internet.Bed not comfortable and vert small. no water, no telephone in room. Room very small. No elevator. very expensive and no value for money.

The hotel's location is close to a ski rental shop and a piste. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept tidy and clean.

The room is dated: there was no ventilation, the bed was squeaky and broken, the wardrobe was wobbly, the plastic balcony door frame made a very annoying popping noise with every breeze. Bathroom had old taps that need replacing, floortiles were crooked and some loose/missing, also a knob to flush the toilet was loose which appeared to have been previously glued in place.

The hotel was very conveniently located, our room was big, clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking as available, but with limited spaced. Breakfast was available, and was sufficient.

The only thing I found a bit odd was that the beds were not made, although the bathrooms were cleaned daily. Other than that, we had a very good experience and would go again.
