SPA Bereich ist sehr schön auf Wunsch wurde der Außenpool geöffnet. Das Wasser ist allerdings für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas zu kalt. Wir waren Ende November auf Usedom und die Temperatur lag um den Gefriepunkt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen (HP mit 3 Gänge).

Zu weiche Matratzen, die aber auf Wünsch am nächsten Tag gewechselt wurden. Parkplatz Gebühr 8 Euro pro Nacht.

Eine tolle Lage und ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal !

Some street noise if your room faces the main street

Our stay included breakfast and dinner, both was good, but the dinner was exceptionally good.

Good hotel, nice room. Breakfast is small but good. Quiet location.

We didn’t enjoy our dinners at all. No choice and the taste was not it. We booked a halfboard and we never were looking forward to going there. Menu needs to be updated. There is a nice bar area near the pool but it is open only after 6 pm. Would be nice to have some coffee at the day time.

I liked the setting at the golf course

The staff was rude. Both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Refused to seat me at a window table until I escalated to the manager. I also requested a room with a view. Denied. As customer service, you need to figure out how to accommodate guest request, or figure out a suitable substitution. The kindest person was in the spa. She helpfully got up from behind her desk, answered my questions, led me to what I wanted. And even though, like me it was apparent German was her second language, she made every effort to cheerfully answer my question. I can speak and understand German, not perfectly, but I try. The people at the front desk spoke to me in English when I struggled, but their manner was still cold.

Surroundings and breakfast and room... This place is really charming (despite of the basic exterior archtecture of the buildings) and the general atmosphere is cosy modern and quiet but with life. Being not directly ln sea shore is not at all a drawback, it is even a good point.

Globaly everything was nice :-)

Location was just great in high season, seaside was crowded, we were just 3 km’s away in absolute tranquility. Perfect location to walk our dog!
