The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with the room we booked so they gave us two separate rooms.

The smoking area was right at the front door. You had to walk through the smoke to get in.

The breakfast was impressive. The facility was very nice. Parking was great.

The elevators had a bit of a smell. The bed for the third person was a fold-out couch and was not particularly comfortable.

Its a good location for a stopover from Italy to Germany . The bed is comfortable and I like that they have the EU green label

probably we got the only room that was not renovated . The shower water temperature couldn’t be controlled to a point that it became dangerous to take a shower. The hair dryer was old and stopped working within minutes, as it overheats quickly . The breakfast wasn’t great either.

I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in we were given 2 keys and told that the rooms were the same set up. My friends had their 2 small children (4 people total) with them and we were a pair. Our rooms were exactly the same, which was why I was completely upset that when we checked out I was charged 20 Euro more for the exact same room (for only 2 people)! No air conditioning. It was extremely warm (+33C) and the only relief was a small table fan and leaving the patio door open if we wanted a slightly cooler room. No fridge in the room. This would have helped immensely on such a hot day, to at least have easy access to cold drinks. There was a beverage machine by the elevator, but it was completely sold out.
