Hice algunas solicitaciones que fueron olvidadas. Várias veces no atienden el teléfono de la recepción. Entiendo que por falta de personal.

Loved the hotel…. Beautiful- great breakfast and great location… room was big and lovely bathroom. Beer at the Savoy Bar was great too

they put all the food for breakfast in a small area and it felt like feeding time for cattle. if they would spread out the food a little bit more and give people elbow room it would add a lot of class to the experience.

room airconditioner was not working and even after repeated complaints was not repaired

Temperature of roons was not pleasure. Some time very Hot other cold. We can not control The temperature should be more stable The view of room . I just could see walls. Some rooms does not have bathtub No bathrobe

Good breakfast; lots of choice. Nice dining room; well presented. Staff made us an breakfast to put in our fridge as we had an early AM departure. All staff accommodating and pleasant. Location perfect for walking to historic buildings. The Savoy has a grand historic feeling to it. The rooms are very comfortable with good beds and quiet. We stayed at the Savoy twice during our visit to Argentina and loved it! We will stay again when we return to Buenos Aires on our next trip. Restaurant served gourmet food, delicious and well-priced. We had 3 of our 4 dinners there as we found it so appealing.

Grand old building with large rooms that have beautiful 1920s Art Deco cornice coving & ceiling decorations. The hotel has an opulent feel & when you read about the previous residents you can image bumping into Albert Einstein or Evita Peron on the staircase.

Largely the staff were not attentive enough. The bar area is popular, but the two staff manning it don’t spot you walking in & taking a seat, so you wait ages to be served. Tables are not cleared so remain festooned with dirty crockery & many of the ingredients for cocktails etc are not in stock. The same issues arise at breakfast with fresh pastries, yogurt etc running out & not being spotted by the staff. This can be easily remedied with some customer service training & effective management overseeing things.

The staff was very attentive to my children's needs. The breakfast was complete and delicious! Checking in and checking out was easy and quick. Beautiful hotel and great service! Will definitely return.

Helpful and friendly porter and front desk staffers.

Older hotel and rooms with dim lighting unlike the photos. Breakfast was basic and simple unlike the photos.
