The location and the staff

The food, the room. No art on The walls made the room feel sterile. I booked a sea view and it was only a partial view of the sea. The breakfast food was poor quality. The staff was amazing.

I loved the location of the hotel, we had a room with balcony and the view was so beautiful! Also, the rooms look way nicer that in the photos. We had a newly renovated room, on the same floor as the pool. Even though we didn’t get to take a swim in the pool, we spent some time on the terrace and again, the beautiful is absolutely gorgeous, and also the pool patio. We also liked the fact that the hotel is on walking distance to the main city areas and also it was very convenient that they a valet parking!

La posizione del hotel, la colazione e la stanza.

Ho scelto esclusivamente questo hotel perché su booking c è scritto "parcheggio" e non "parcheggio a pagamento". Al nostro arrivo e precedentemente, dopo la prenotazione, c è stato comunicato che il parcheggio non c è. Bisogna o parcheggiare nel parcheggio comune al costo di 23 euro al giorno o parcheggiare con il loro servizio al costo di 20 euro a notte! Al pagamento ci è stato poi detto che dobbiamo pagare direttamente il servizio parcheggio e non c è stata data nessuna ricevuta fiscale (scontrino). Da un Hotel rinomato non mi aspetto questo tipo di servizio. Inoltre siamo andati a vedere dove posteggiano le macchine ed è semplicemente un prato in discesa, scoperto chiuso da un recinto. Per 20 euro a notte a mio parere dovrebbe essere minimo coperto. A questo punto conviene fare il ticket nel parcheggio comune nel quale si ha almeno la ricevuta e il posto al coperto.

Die Lage ist unmittelbar bei der wunderschönen Altstadt. Das Hotel bietet einen geheizten Pool, was im Oktober sehr praktisch ist, da das Hotel nur paar Sonnenstunden am Morgen geniesst ansonsten nur im Schatten liegt. Super Parkplatz Service mit bring- holdienst. Preis 20 Euro pro Nacht sind hier normal. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig und Gespräche, Handy etc sind extrem gut hörbar im Nebenzimmer. An kleinen Details merkt man das dieses Hotel nicht ganz top Klasse ist. Zb die Frage nach 2 Weinglässer für aufs Zimmer wurde mit: das kostet aber extra, beantwortet. Das entäuschte sehr.

Very clean and well managed hotel with very helpful and professional staff, Tomas was wonderful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on the first night which was delicious with testy food cooked superbly and Sicilian wine. Thank you

The location is very central, and the facilities are great. Rooms are clean and the view from the terrace is spectacular. The breakfast is amazing!

There was a mix up with the assignment of rooms, so for the first night we got a different room from what we had booked. The staff did sort it out and we got into the correct room the next night.

Lovely staff, beautiful rooms and incredible location. The valet service was particularly amazing - coming to us on scooter to help bring us to the hotel (doing a 20 min loop) and looking after the car really well. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is perfect, only a short walk into the city. Lots of restaurants & cafes nearby. The pool was gorgeous, yes limited beds but we found most people didn't stay around the pool for the whole day so you could always get one later in the afternoon. Pool bar man was lovely & always looked after us. Omelette chef at breakfast was lovely & breakfast was good. Cleaners very good, rooms were kept immaculate the whole stay.

Reception staff not the friendliest. Pool food expensive (apart from the aranchini) we paid €30 for 2x chicken salads & they were a poor standard with processed chicken. Room 201-202 you could hear the bins being emptied extremely loudly every morning around 6am. I’m an early riser so didn’t bother me too much but I could see how that could annoy others so maybe ask for a room on the pool side. No coffee making facilities in the rooms & we found drinks a little expensive.

Property was nice and had everything needed. Rooms are small and a little dated. Location and staff are fabulous. Tomas was amazing and really very helpful during our whole stay.

Nothing specifically but I think the photos make it look nicer than it is in real life.

We wanted to iron some clothes and they said they don’t have iron for the customers, so we gave them the clothes to take it in the laundry for that service, they charged us 20£ for two shirts and 1 trouser, and was not well ironed

The property is located within great proximity to Corso Umberto with easy access to the Funivia to get down to the beach. The views are very nice. The property is exceptionally clean and modern. The staff are helpful. The pool and pool deck have been completely redone and the restaurant and breakfast service are fantastic.

The location was good as just far enough away from the main area of Taormina but close enough to still walk in The breakfast staff were very friendly

I don’t think that customers should be allowed to save day beds around pool area as pool staff allow ,, it’s a small pool area with limited day beds & if your not there to use the beds then too bad - one afternoon there were 5 day beds reserved for 3 hours with no one on them just towels & pool staff told me they were reserved - get up with the times …

The location was great, We have a small balcony with city and sea view. Historical center was ten minutes walking distance. valet parking system was well working.

The shower cabin could be bigger.

We stayed for 5 days but we were given a room with zero view ( 409 ) for the money we spent, it was a bit deflating

hotel with a winning central location! Clean rooms and a balcony with a view .. although a bit small but comfortable! Very good breakfast .. good service from the staff! A few minutes' walk from the business center of this fun city! Highly recommended

Nice design in the lobby, the location and the view is fantastic. OK breakfast. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Nice, but small pool area with friendly staff.

The roms were not ready at 15.00. On the day of arrival there was no water in the afternoon. We were told the water should be ok by 18.00, however it wasn’t back until much later. We can understand the situation, but had no information from the hotel and had to ask the lobby for updates. Overall, the service in the lobby could be a bit more friendly. We had booked two rooms. One had a nice bathroom, the other bathroom could need some renovation. «Aggressive» air conditioning in one of the rooms. A coffee machine and a couple of glasses in the room would have been nice. Sun beds occupied from early morning. There were’t that many sun beds - most of them «booked» by the same family all day long. The hotel can’t be blamed for this but a policy for booking could be considered.

The view from the pool and dinning area was amazing. The hotel was in a great location with only a short walk to the center of town/shops and restaurants.
