Cogimos dos habitaciones, y no entendemos que cobren el mismo precio cuando una habitación era más pequeña que la otra.

La comodidad de la ubicación del hotel ..con la salida al mar y la calle.cerca del centro del rincón de la victoria y las vistas de la 5ta planta al interior de la costa ..

Entiendo que están en obras y es entendible ..pero poco aparcamiento en la entrada..

Dzień dobry, Chciałbym zgłosić reklamacje w związku z moim pobytem w hotelu Fay Victoria Beach w czasie 21.08-26.08.2023 po rozmowie telefonicznej z konsultantem booking. Po dłuższym oczekiwaniu na zameldowanie otrzymaliśmy pokoj niezgodny ze zdjęciami, na następny dzień na śniadaniu zatrułem się szynką, która nie była odpowiednio przechowywana, zgłosiłem sprawę do booking ponieważ ciężko było dogadac się po angielsku na miejscu, po tej rozmowie otrzymaliśmy nowy pokoj, (dopiero na następny dzień), na jeden dzień szynka i ser została odpowiednio wyłożona, a później wróciła do leżenia na tacach (zdjęcia), podawane były brudne talerze, zepsuta ryba, kurczak z piórami. Od tej pory bylismy traktowani nieprofesjonalnie, recepcja ignorowała nas kiedy przechodziliśmy przez nią, kelnerzy ignorowali nas podczas kolacji (innych gości pytali o picie, do nas w ogóle nie podchodzili, kiedy raz podszedłem sie zapytać o wodę usłyszałem ze mam podejść i sobie nalać), nie zabierano nam brudnych talerzy ze stołu, na śniadaniu kelnerka widziała ze nadal jesteśmy w sali tylko poszliśmy dołożyć sobie porcje śniadania od razu zaczęła sprzatac nasz stół, a kiedy do niego wróciliśmy zostawiła na nim brudna scierke. W ostatni dzień kiedy sok był sfermentowany i poinformowaliśmy o tym kelnerkę oraz recepcjonistkę obie odmówiły sprawdzenia tego i powiedziały ze „są inne soki”.

It’s very expensive not amazing value for quite a lot of money. This is my second stay, because I am a solo traveller I never get my request for a double bed and get two single ones stuck together which I hate

The location is on the beach and if you get a room with sea view the view is stunning.

Basic breakfast. I was expecting maybe a bit more diversity.

We loved that the hotel is literally on the beach and there are loads and loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a lovely area with pretty views. There is also a bus 5 minutes down the road which takes you to Malaga for €1.70 which was great as the taxis were expensive.

The constant banging and drilling from the construction from 6am until siesta and then carrying on after! Absolutely awful and really brought my impression of the hotel down. The bed was not comfortable and very hard.

it’s a great location, we have stayed here often in the past. the updated facilities work well, except the WiFi didn’t work too well.

I regret to say that the bathroom was disappointingly in a very bad state , in need of repair and maintenance and let the property down . the sink was cracked the bidet was cracked , there was black mould around the sealant on the bath . The shower head was dirty and pointing straight out , it was the wrong head for the wall bracket so it didn’t function properly. The toilet bowl was not clean and very stained. Lastly the wooden sliding door , the white paint was worn away from the bottom showing the bare wood underneath. It was clean but the overall impression was very poor and not acceptable in my opinion.

A very welcoming staff ,who upgraded me ,which was a lovely suprise. I live locally and as family took over my property for a week I thought I would see what the renovations where like. I was very impressed with the new look hotel . A great breakfast buffet too. I will feel confident in recommending the hotel to friends .

A bit dissapointed there was no bar in the hotel ,but as it was under renovations maybe it will feature soon.
