The rooms need updating, feels quite dated.

the Airco had a light (in the ceiling) that illuminated the whole room all night long

Beach was on our doorstep as was the pool. Both very warm and clean. The room was very good with interconnecting doors Breakfast was very good and had a very good selection. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Bathroom flooded daily when using the shower. Sink blocked before arrival. Broken safe. Plastic in dinner sauce with no apology / refund. Requested boneless fish for baby which came full of bones (choking hazard). Dirty floors / surfaces never cleaned in the room (especially post covid). Room service dishes / cutlery left for 3 days. wifi temperamental. Paid extra for sea view only to have a room with largely concrete view. Apparent outside guests invited on Sundays for breakfast / pool usage without day rate pay in exchange for good reviews. This is a safety risk for children / families too. Unwillingness to help / apologise from staff & management. A 5 star hotel with no barista and only vending machine coffee. 3star at best, definitely not worth 300EUR a night!

The rooms aren’t clean. most rooms have no view and a bad smell. No wifi. All the furniture are old and almost depressing. i went for a day and asked to leave after a few hours. such a bad experience never again.

WiFi was intermittent and frustrating , room had no coffee station , no shower only attachment to shower in Bath Breakfast food quality was very poor

The stuff at reception, parking lot and bar were very helpful and polite. The stuff in the breakfast buffet not so much.

The size of the room was disappointing for the daily rate which was one of the most expensive I have paid in my life. In addition the price of the menu and drinks were exceptionally high without the quality making up for the cost. Allowing guests to reserve a beach-lounger by placing their towels from early in the morning is just unacceptable. I couldn't believe that in most hours of the day the beach section was 40% reserved and 60% occupied and I had to negotiate with the stuff to remove towels from the seats.

Location

The personel from reception desk was unpropperly prepared. Air conditioer in the room was wery noisy even it was switched off. We requestded at reception desk to solve this issue, they sent in the room one worker but he could not solve the problem. I asked to change the room but we did not receive an pozitive answer. All period, we did not sleep well because the noise from AC.
