スタッフの対応がとても丁寧であった。観光地への行き方やホテル施設に関する説明が丁寧だった。朝食も素晴らしかった。立地も海の近くでとても気持ちのいい眺望であった。

特に見つからない程に素晴らしかった。一点あえて挙げるとすれば、ディナーのスタッフの人数が足りていないのか、注文から品が出てくるまでに時間がかかった。

The location was perfect on beach by marina with easy access to bars and restaurants. Room was huge, spotless and very comfortable. Huge comfy bed, walk in shower with powerful aircon. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. It does get busy at certain times so try and avoid 9am.

The only negative was you could not get WiFi on balcony in room but it really wasn’t an issue.

Booked a sea view room and wasn’t disappointed! Beautiful Breakfast lots of choice.

Outdoor pool was freezing! But it was April

I had a lovely time and for a solo traveller the staff were very helpful, telling me where to locate things within the hotel swimming pool/spa etc, also live music evenings and also airport bus/frequency and cost etc. All reassuring and helpful for someone on they're own. Breakfast was superb and evening dinner delicious. Will be back :))

Sadly the view from the room was disappointing, not value for money really, £220+ b&b per night. No sun after 9am and a diagonal view of a bit of the sea and beyond. Next time will ask for room other side facing marina and port I think. And will def be back with my husband next time as everything else location, facilities and food was superb, many thanks I had a great trip!

Huone oli sopivan kokoinen viikon matkalle. Oli vedenkeitin kahvi ja teetarvikkeineen, sekä minijääkaappi. Teimme aamiaiset huoneessa. Hotellin aamiainen maksoi n. 24 euroa.

Kallis hotellin aamiainen, spa olisi maksanut n. 25 euroa 90 min. Nämä olisivat voineet sisältyä huoneen hintaan.

Freezing cold pool

The location was excellent, friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was fabulously clean and we were able to check in early and get a room with a sea view. Perfect really.

There wasn’t anything at all we didn’t like, we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast overall was as to be expected good, the staff friendly. It is clean

The first room assigned to us was a smoker room and we had to ask to give us another one, The smell in the first room was unbearable. The next room we got had 2 beds touching the wall, not really nice. Besides, it was very noisy at night and also during day (I guess due to some work across the road) One day the WC was replaced and the smell of the glue at night was very strong. Besides that we had to ask for room service to clean afterwards, which had not been done. Another important thing was the room temperature. It was set on 24 degrees and we could not reduce it (to sleep, not ideal) Although we asked to fix it, it remained the same the whole stay. Small things which should not happen in a hotel your category. The staff is overworked , maybe you should consider hiring more service personell The Nespresso machines did not work most of the time

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sehr sauber und schon an der Rezeption wurde darauf geachtet Hygienisch zuarbeiten. Hoffentlich bleiben einige "neue" Standards auch nach Corona. Der Exklusive Pool Bereich war super, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Meerblick mit der Aufgehenden Sonne... Traumhaft schön. Klimaanlage sehr leise, störte nicht beim Schlafen.

Im Badezimmer war ein Haken nicht gut befestigt. Bei sehr starken Wind kam es am Haus zu Geräuschen. Leider konnten die Poolbereiche nur von 9 bis 21 Uhr genutzt werden. An der Klimaanlage kam es zu starker Kondensatwasser Bildung welches dann auf einen tropfte wenn man durch die Tür vom Zimmer ging.

The property was perfectly located on the beachfront but also very close to a range of good bars & restaurants. The staff were fantastic and very friendly & accommodating. We loved the spa circuit which was only 25euros the day you check in and could be booked over the course of the stay. The bar has a fantastic view of the sea and part of Alicante.

Les consommations bien trop chère une bouteille d’eau de 50ml à 3,50euro quand on voit le prix de la chambre l’eau devrait être gratuite. Si vous séjournez plusieurs jours ils ne renouvellent ni le café/thé ni les produits d’hygiène alors que le réassort est fait chaque jour dans les grand hôtel. Est 25 euro le spa je suis désolé mais ça ne les justifie pas non plus.

It’s near the beach, lovely views of the harbour and the sea. They gave us complimentary items as it was my birthday which was highly appreciated. The spa itself had a lot of amenities: cold/hot/tropical shower, multiple saunas, a small pool with jets, ice fountain and poolside beds. The spa receptionist was very lovely and attentive.

The (public) parking which was connected to this specific hotel was not the best. Had to pay 19.99 euros per day and the columns are too close to each other, leaving barely any space to manoeuvre and quite limited space to park in general. The bedroom was spacious but my partner and I both felt it was quite poorly cleaned; the blanket had stains, dust on the floor, bathroom needed maintenance and was also less clean than desirable. We paid 150 euros for two aromatherapy massages which did mention it was relaxing and calming. We both felt this was not reflected at all in our massages and in specific I did not even get the right massage (they did refund us the difference but it does not make up for the mistake). Both masseuses were rough, loud and in general a very unpleasant experience. Furthermore, we were placed in separate rooms which was right in front of the spa reception; i could hear people talk the entire time and if the door was to be opened, everyone could see inside while I’m topless. The restaurant environment does not really reflect high quality but the view is definitely pretty.

de airco op de kamer koelde niet ... het was 27.6 graden in de kamer. De receptioniste adviseerde het raam open te laten om de kamertemperatuur te laten afkoelen (want airco was al op wintertijd ingeschakeld dus niets aan te wijzigen). Na uren was de kamertemperatuur nog steeds 25.5 graden. We hebben 2 nachten het raam opengelaten met helaas ontzettend veel nachtlawaai van de - aan de overkant gelegen - karaokebar.

Hotel świetnie położony, pokoje odremontowane. Ogromne i bardzo wygodne łóżko, poduchy. Wanna, bidet w łazience. Łazienka przestronna. Pokój przyjemny. Widok na morze. Restauracja w której serwowano śniadania cała oszklona z pięknym widokiem na morze.

W basenie krytym zimna woda, bardzo mało leżaków na tarasie do opalania jak na taki duży hotel. Śniadania smaczne, ale bez rewelacji.

De locatie

We boekten een standaard kamer met ontbijt met uitzicht op de stad. Wij kregen een invalide kamer (kamer 120) op 1 hoog met uitzicht op een dak. Het is een spa hotel maar voor de spa/zwembad moet wel €25 per persoon betaald worden voor 1,5 uur. Dat je moet betalen voor diensten als massage of behandeling oké maar de faciliteiten verder moeten voor hotelgasten gratis zijn lijkt mij. Ontbijt wordt gereserveerd in een erg ongezellige zaal en is van matige kwaliteit.
