the breakfast and the pool were brilliant

bit of a walk into Malcesine for food & shops but it was doable

Breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly, very modern rooms with fantastic views, free bikes and so relaxed :)

Location was a lovely ten minute walk along the lake to Masceline. Very clean hotel and good value for money. Will stay here again.

The facilities were modern and comfortable

The rooms have quite thin walls and we could hear our neighbours talking in their rooms, unfortunately our neighbours were early risers so it was hard to sleep past 6am or so. Parts of our room was dusty (the floor behind the doors, towel rails, lamps, headboard etc) the hotel is located on the main road which is busy and narrow without a formal sidewalk. The way on foot to Malcesine main center involves walking along this for 5 minutes or so before there are stairs down to the waterfront.

Friendly personnel Swimming pool is perfect Our room (2 adults and 2 children) was comfortable (slerping spaces separated by door)

Hotel is located nearby a main road but as pedestrian you can reach the lake easily by stairs Breakfast is OK but without variation. Fridge didn't work

The property was bright and beautiful. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. If I’m ever back that way I’ll definitely stay again.

I wasn’t able to take a dip in their pool but that was no fault of theres. We arrived late and left just after checkout.

Parking directly at the hotel , easy to find , good continental breakfast , 10 minute walk along the lakefront to malcesnie , free wifi

Everything was perfect

Good location, short walk to the town, downhill, so some stairs to climb on the way back. The hotel has clearly been refurbed recently- our bathroom looked brand new and the room was very clean, with aircon, although a little on the small side, but it wasn't an issue. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was substantial, although we were surprised to have a buffet, as at our hotel in Verona we were told that buffets were no longer allowed due to Covid.

We struggled a little to get the aircon going, but that was probably down to us. In our area of the hotel the cleaner left all his/her supplies in the corridor during the day which felt a bit messy. The hotel is on a pretty busy road but we only really noticed that when we spent time by the pool. It certainly didn't keep us awake at night.
