When we checked into our room at 2:30pm it was filthy, there were towels and bed sheets everywhere aswell as rubbish in all of the bins. The staff moved us to another room but not without someone checking that the first room was actually a mess instead of taking my word for it.

I don’t believe it is worth close to $500 a night. For a budget ibis it’s pretty expensive.

Location to venue only

Our air con had no cover and the filters were clogged. The pillows were too soft and only one each. It was a cold night and the bunks had thick dunars but the queen had a mere blanket. When I arrived there was no option for parking in the whole area due to an event. The venue did not communicate this nor that I needed to pre book. The staff member didn't try to help when I explained we needed parking she just offered a refund straight away leaving me without accomodation and parking. We had to park in the next suburb a 25 minute walk in pouring rain and two young children and luggage.The breakfast had already packed up by 9.30 and we only ate the remaining toast and was still charged the $10 for breakfast. No fire stairs accessible late at night so long wait to use lifts after the event.

Great spot near the stadiums. Great budget, especially considering the location. had everything that I needed. Check in staff were super friendly.

Close to the station

Elevator was out of order, had to use fire stairs. When elevator was working would wait 20-30 mins then get to another level and have to wait again because the doors would not close. Tried contacting reception no one answered. Sheets had stains on them.

The breakfast room had many tables stacked with others dirty dishes left without staff cleaning up. The benches were filthy in the breakfast room. The carpets throughout the hotel were disgusting. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, our bedding stained & room spelt disgusting.

Close to venues

Extremely small, goal cell small. Not good for families. Smelt because it has no fresh air. Pillows so worn and old,no stuffing left inside. Won't ever return, it's for single backpackers.

Bus stop out the front. Small room but comfortable.
