The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is in the perfect location and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options to choose from.

We liked it all, no complaints.

Delicious cooked breakfast and you must have the soda bread, it's superb! This will keep you running all day ! The room on the top floor with the harbour and beach view over Portrush is fabulous, as is the Tea for Two table and chair in the room to gaze out over the harbour activity!

We really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. We managed to park right outside the B&B which was fab. Our room was wonderful with an amazing view over the harbour. Our bed was so comfy and we had an incredible sleep which doesn't happen that often away from our own bed. Breakfast was honestly scrummy with a wide choice to choose from and served with a smile. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to staying with you again soon.

The atmosphere and location make Avarest a place I love returning to. The staff can never do enough to offer the best service and make you feel at home.

lovely room complete with fridge!!! lots of toiletries and lovely white towels. Amazing breakfast -good choice of foods- served by friendly efficient staff. Better than most big name hotels!!!!

The only down side was the availability of parking. Not the fault of the property but it’s the only negative I could find😆

It was a great stay central to everything, the sea view was lovely, breakfast and staff was lovely.
