It was advertised on booking.com as having a hot tub with the room but there wasn’t one when we arrived. We were severely disappointed with this as we paid extra (the most expensive room) for this and wouldn’t have if we knew it wasn’t included. We feel as though it was falsely advertised and not to the luxurious standard we were expecting. The beds also wasn’t comfy at all and added to our disappointment. I also tried to contact booking.com regarding these issues and have had 0 response for 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

Modern room

we chose a Comfort room (higher standard room) for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. We received room which was at the same hight what sidewalk and street. I got information that this type of room in their residence is on the 1st or 2nd floor, so they don't see my a problem (this information was not in the room description). I asked about changing the room at the 2nd floor and from the inside of the courtyard, so that baby would not wake up at night. The lady did not check anything anywhere, she didn't want to help, she simply refused. Sleeping in this room was a nightmare. Until 3 am party under the window (restaurant, ice cream, car parks - it's a very busy road). From 5-6 am. garbage, stocking of goods, etc. In the room description we had that there are soundproof windows. They are not, believe me. everything locked up, and you still feel like you're on this street. It was impossible to go out to the terrace. The noise was terrible. In addition, every people who are waking on the street looks at you. the hotel refused to change or cancel reservation. They said we can get out but they wouldn't give me the money back. When we pointed out that nowhere in the description there was information on which floor this room will be and that it is on the side of such a noisy street, the lady from the reception said that it is, but now she can't show me where. After a few hours hotel change the description of the room in our reservation. - no cleaning agents - liquid, sponge, etc. you have to buy yourself - a penalty for not taking out the garbage and not washing and putting the dishes on the shelves in the sideboard. child got rashes on his legs after the first day of swimming in the swimming pool. Localizarion, amazong and dedicated employees.

Wc needs a trash can to sanitay garbage ( comdon, Tampons etc), i side the shower boxx need a aproproated place to put shampoo, soap, etc) In the Kitcheb need a Hanger to hang a dish towel. The matrasse have bad quality. The minimum movemente wake up the partner. Wifi needs improvementes.

The sea view from the balcony was amazing. The air conditioning was working perfectly as people were saying it does not work in old apartments ( not true in my experience). The little Kitchen has all basic tools you need. Apartment was cleaned pretty often. Close to supermarket, restaurants and sea. Walk to historic center is on a beautiful path along the sea and it takes approximately 15 mins.

I understand the policy about rubbish but if you want customers to recycle correctly, you need to provide them with bins per each recycling type. Also a little image showing exactly what to throw in each bin would be useful as some things change from country to country. This was not a big deal for me, rather the only thing that could be improved.
