This property is situated right on Konyaalti Beach, offering direct access to the beach. The views from the rooms, featuring the endless sea and the majestic western Taurus Mountains, are truly breathtaking—full marks for the scenery. Both breakfast and dinner provided a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and is centrally located, with markets and cafes within walking distance. Compared to similar 5-star properties, the price we paid was excellent, especially considering the amenities and stunning views in the heart of bustling Konyaalti Beach. The room size was perfect, and each room had a balcony with fantastic views. Overall, we had an amazing 2-day stay here.

They have outside food ordering restriction . But then they also do not have a very satisfying in-house MENU. ?? You may be searching for food everyday. The daily cleaning is much to be looked into. Not at all satisfactory. Bathroom Towels are old and worn out. The property is speaking loudly of its aging. The management looks quite on these issues . Everything in the room that I stayed in including the Bed mattresses / pillows were old and uncomfortable.

The swimming pool and spa because of the noise during the massage time

The bathroom was not clean and charging system and to are not working. We reported to reception and the technician can to the room and said he can’t fix it . Breakfast was average. Dinner I will not recommend. It is not worth.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal für das ich nur Lob übrig habe! Wir haben uns als Gäste stets sehr geschätzt und Willkommen gefühlt. Schönes imposantes Hotel mit guter Infrastruktur. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das neuste - aber sehr gut erhalten - klassisch, edel und imposant und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück mit einer breiten Pallette. Leider keine Abwechslung über die Woche - ist aber akzeptabel, da das Grundangebot grundsätzlich gut ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand - in 2 Stunden ist man gemütlich dem Meer entlang zu Fuss in der Altstadt. 24h Rezeption.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Karte / Türsicherung hat öfters nicht funktioniert - wir wurden jedoch sehr freundlich behandelt und das Problem wurde stets innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten gelöst. Das interne Restaurant im obersten Stock ist gut - aber bietet etwas wenig abwechslung. Vielleicht ist das in der Hochsaison anders. Es gibt einen jüngeren Mitarbeiter der leider etwas negativ aufgefallen ist - besonders im Vergleich mit dem Standard des Hotels. Dieser hat meinen Vater von den Sitzgelegenheiten in der schönen Eingangshalle weggeschickt, weil er wollte dass seine Kollegen in der Nähe von ihm "chillen" können. Das hat die Stimmung unnötig getrübt - weil es sehr unerwartet kam und im Gegensatz zu dem sonst hervorragenden Service-Standart des Hotels steht.

Lage des Hotels war sehr schön. Sehr nettes Personal alle zuvorkommend! Frühstück war sehr Auswahl reich! Das Restaurant im 10 OG war super toll. Leckeres Essen und die Kellner sehr nett. Dankeschön hierfür!!!!

Wir hatten uns eine Eck Suite gebucht. Keine Schalldichte Wände !! Andere Gäste konnte man hören ! Man müsste die Gäste wirklich mal aufklären wenn sie in das Hotel einchecken dass man die Hotel Regeln beachten sollte. Ständig sind Kinder im Restaurant, Lobby, Pool etc. rumgerannte. Ständig und überall war es laut. Sehr sehr störend. Nochmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht besuchen.

Everything , the structure , design , location, services, staff, foods, price of the services and foods, facilities. I don’t do feedback to hotel but this is exempted. The best hotel so far that we checked in and we love to book again in the future . I love the idea that the planning of this hotel is very organised and really valued the clients. Unlike other hotels , I noticed that most of the hotel rooms have beach view compared to others , and the staff especially the receptionist like Baruk, the waiters, the cleaners, everyone likes their job and they know what to help you without asking you. They are one of the main assets of this hotel. I also like the fact that during days, they even offered tea and water just to ensure we are hydrated .. all these little things makes our stay difference and special .. for example, we had to leave early because our tour was started 6 am, they even packed up our breakfast and we brought it to our tour.. we will surely keep coming back. Turkey is my favourite country so far in Europe and Crown Plaza is my favourite hotel so far..

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Durch einen Tunnel (20M) erreicht man den Kiesstrand. Am Swimmingpool gibt es genügend Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Außerdem gibt es einen tollen Poolservice, man bekam auch kühle Lavendel-Erfrischungstücher aus Baumwolle gereicht. Die Saune mit dem Türkischen Bad war hervorragend, tolles Ambiente. Die Gesichtsmassage ist total entspannend. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich. Frische Kaymak mit Naturhonig ein Gedicht! Die Käseauswahl ein Gedicht!. Abends gab es Piano-Musik, bei der man Cocktails genießen Konnte. So tolle Crevetten (Karides) wie in diesem Hotel habe ich noch nirgends gegessen! Super!!!

Ich kann über nichts meckern, es sei denn dass es zwei oder drei deutsche Touristen gegeben hat, die sich Einheimischen gegenüber schlecht benommen haben. Vielleicht sollten diese Leute sich daran erinnern, dass wir dort zu GAST sind!!!

Das personal war sehr zuvorkommend und total freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber.

„Strand“. ist eine Katastrophe (Foto/wie im Gefängnis), Zimmer sind alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool zu wenig Liegen, „Tunnel zum Strand“ riecht nach Gulli/Urin), kein Balkon (Fenster konnte man nicht verschließen, somit gefährlich für Kinder im 8. Stock)

Location was perfect 24 hours from service Spa and hairdresser was available at the hotel I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it was okay.

Unfortunately, I had money taken from my room the cleaner has stole money. She was caught on camera. I had to report it to the hotel manager and head of security and so as the police. This was very disappointed for me and scary and I didn’t feel safe. It has ruined my vacation while I was staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  however, the hotel management was very supportive and understanding and they’ve escalated this matter further. Eventually, I got my money back that was stolen from me. But I was still feeling uncomfortable, staying in my hotel room after what happened.  I didn’t feel safe afterwards.. I just wanted to go back home.

Very well kept, older hotel in best location on the west beaches promenade, tunnel access to private beach. Excellent olympic size pool, great breakfast and plenty of free parking space for your car👍
