my room was calm and all day that room was cleaned. this place is safe

Great location, just 3 min walk to 3 Fontaines supermarket, 5 min away from the train station. The staff were very helpful with everything, totally recommend from price/value pint of view!

The neighborhood is going under major renovation. Construction works start at 07:00 am and there is cement dust all over. Management has not invested in this hotel for a long time (maybe they want to "kill" it. Fortunately, staff is agreeable and do their best to please you.

Not that I was particularly expecting a concierge nor receptionist upon our arrival, which I would have preferred, but the person who shouted at us from the freeze-dry coffee machine (making himself a coffee - not even asked) as we crossed the threshold of the lobby, apparently was the night porter! I thought he was a guest! Suppose he did assist with Wifi access! Then proceeded to ask, "Is that your son?", gesturing to my same-sex partner!! To which I abruptly replied, "NO!", which I hope I could be forgiven after a delayed 11hr journey!! If I offended, I apologise. I should've replied, "It's none of your business!". He proceeded to hand me the key to our room. As we summonsed the elevator, he shouted across the foyer, I couldn't decipher his intonation, suffice to say he appeared a little confused! Then gestured all was ok. As we entered our room 212, I now understand why the Night Porter was confused! We had a room with TWIN Beds! Not the double bed as requested! We were not prepared to even entertain the breakfast included!!
