Sehr schön gelegen, gepflegtes Hotel in gutem Zustand. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Preise für Menu und Getränke sind angemessen.

Friendly, chatty welcome by the receptionist, lovely set menu dinner and good breakfast. Ample private parking, great shower and lovely bar and terrace area. Very close to Col d’Aubisque, Tourmalet and Aspin.
There were a lot of flies, particularly annoying when you’re eating, perhaps fit some insecticutors in the dining area?

Lovely location and views. Great pool (though you have to walk through reception and outside to get to it).
My bed was not clean, the sheets were marked and stained, but I only noticed this when I retired for the night by which time reception was closed.
Dinner was a set 3-courses, by chance we all were able to eat at least some of the meal, but having no choice, not even a veggie option is very restrictive considering the location is rural and there is no where else to eat.

Nice area and a big car park. Indoor pool great.
Room is too small and window had no curtain, therefore it could not be left open during the night because there is no cool air condition and neither fans.

The restaurant staff were friendly.
The hotel is understaffed. The receptionist was curt and not particularly helpful. On the other hand the restaurant staff were friendly. However, the dinner menu provided no choice and the fish was over cooked.

bar closes 9:30 without informing you.. no staff on site from 9:30… so if have problems tuff.. need code to enter after staff leave which reception do not tell you.. restaurant food varies from ok to discussing… and restaurant staff watch you like a hawk just in case you have too much coffee.. very petty restaurant staff..

Helpful older man from the staff (the only one who seemed to be professional and competent)
No wifi, no balcony (unlike stressed in the description), rather unwelcoming attitude, room is smaller than announced, dirty windows, dust on the staircases, pool absolutely dirty.

The kitchen closed already at 20.30. Relatively small room. The room away from the street was very quiet.

The hotel is perfect, it has everything one can need for a nice stay in the Pyrenees. Rooms are spacious and well isolated,

Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not in service, Corona rules maybe.....

Nice location in the mountains. Calm. Breakfadt-Buffet was awsome (yet more fruits would be nice). Separate room for the bicycles.
Helpdull and friendly staff.
Rooms have pretty ugly style (walls, posters), small windows and the shower/bathroom was clean yet with lots of old spits that couldnt be cleaned anymore. Might needs some renovation.
